Please don't book this place very idiotic people and management...God knows when they will cancel your booking..i asked the manager that my contact will be staying there for two nights .the next morning he asked him to find a new place for the second night...who does this...the management is clear sleeping on hospitality and I would suggest please change ur manager he cannot do his job right...i am not suggesting this place to anybody
Very bad place. Rooms are extremely small and the receptionist was bit rude and very money minded. They literally cancel the booking on the morning and ask customers to pay them more and they will give you room and they tell to ask refund from oyo. Very bad.
Even after confirmed booking checkin was denied mentioned that you shouldn't be paying online you should pay at hotel. After talking to oyo the issue get resolve and took 1hr. Hotel staff is rude and room are really small. Pictures are not correct. I have booked 2 bedroom they have given only 1 bedroom quoting that oyo put fake pictures. Rooms and toilet are not clean.
OYO is a cheater company. When i booked the room the app said pay now and save Rs 76. So i paid online but when i reached the hotel. The receptionist charged me Rs 76. I called the oyo call center, he said he will escalate the complaint and it will be resolved. But no one called. Never ever pay in advance for oyo rooms. They are fraudsters. Never going to book a oyo room again. Putting this for others to not get cheated by Oyo
Please don't book this hotel. At this price you will get so many options near by. Service is worst. No water at toilet Staff behavior rude. Sab chor hai, breakfast ka charges peanuts deta hai. Kuch bhi charges aapse leta hai
The worst room, services and staff I have still seen till date. Dirty bedsheets, unhygienic washrooms were highlights of the room. Saw a rat trying to come up via the toilet seat. Will not be recommending an OYO Hotel to anyone now.
