Service rooms are ok , but they are so professional, our train was 4hours late so we requested for 2hours extra , but they directly said that for 2hours we had to pay rent of all day, that was so bad

1. Very bad smell coming from lift. (No any action taken even after reporting).
2. Unhygienic restaurant.
3. Electric boards were damaged. (Not attended even after reporting).
Homely atmosphere, they always keep the hotel clean. Owner of the hotel Mr. Aich is a very nice person. Hotel is very much close to the Tatanagar Rly. Stn. Resturent also there. Available foods are good.
We stayed for 2 nights. It was good experience. Pleasant staff & excellent service. Rooms were spacious. Large bathrooms. They are providing really excellent service. This is so exciting moment in my life. Room was really beautiful. Beds are really soft and cool it was dream hotel for me.

Room is little small but manageable for one or two night stay. They have complimentary Breakfast for deluxe room guests. Breakfast was healthy and tasty also. Staff behaviour is very good and helpful for the guests.

Gym is basic and the thread mill is shaky and noisy. You will be surprised by rapid changes in the water pressure in bath rooms
