OYO 5448 Phoenix Hospitality Apartments - Hotel in Chennai - Chennai, India

Travelled with a small kid... The hotel staff went an extra mile to make the stay comfortable... Meals were less spicy for my daughter's taste.. brought warm milk for her whenever she demanded... And made her feel so much at home.. though the rooms were small but were comfortable and had all necessary resources. Location of the hotel is also in a residential area so feels safer... Will visit again.. kudos to the staff...

Good N decent place to stay, clean and non smelly sheets. Ample covered parking space. Clean bathrooms. The place has food options cooked in their premises. They had a smaller capacity ac in one of the 2 people room. But it's still fine just took some time to cool the Chennai heat

Rooms are small and even basic amenities such as a dustbin or a chair or hangars in the cupboard were not provided. Hotel staff were very rude and sarcastic when I had called to enquire about the facilities. Check-in experience was more like an interrogation and unpleasant. I have never known a hotel who have asked for ID card of both mine and my companions - this is very weird. The mosquitoes are everywhere and don't let you get a good night's rest. The bathroom fixtures don't work properly. The AC was not functioning properly as well. Overall I will not recommend this place for even a night's stay. There are better options available in Ramapuram

I'll get straight to the point. The sheets were not clean. At all. They had a weird smell. And the sheets didn't even cover the entire bed. The three stars are for the staff who were friendly and always at our service. The place doesn't have a kitchen of its own, so they get the ordered food from a nearby restaurant. That's not great either. They do have a TV, AC and everything that oyo promises.

The staff is quite friendly and we'll behaved. They know hindi too btw. The rooms are well maintained. The breakfast is not that great but it's okay. If you are visiting them more than once, the boy even identifies you and treats you like a family. The price compared to other oyos 8s a bit high but affordable.

Dear customer, FYI, One of the worst apartment at chennai due to uneducated staff. Staff they are not suitable for this dedicated service. Bathroom drainage is open so odd smell at bedroom. Ac not working most of the room and staff illiterate. Matress and bedsheets are too old and dirty.OYO 5448

The Google maps location is wrong. Actually the place comes before getting up the slope. Very good place to stay and quite affordable too. only locating the hotel was a problem otherwise everything went smooth.

I visited the hotel for one day stay it was quite good for me but this 3 star is only bcse of the hotel service, as I asked them that I will check out at 12 pm next day they where ready for this during check in time but next day they diened to stay they started rushing from 10am itself, I'm highly disappointed bcse of this type of service.
