OYO 5184 Hotel Park Inn - Hotel in Jammu - Jammu, India

One of the worst hotels we have stayed at! Even though it was only one night stay there were a ton of inconveniences we came through. Firstly the bathrooms were very pathetic and unhygienic, almost everywhere there was water dripping, from the taps to the ceiling and even the shower which in conclusion didn't even allow us to shower. The drain in the bathroom was also very dirty as there were pieces of hair and a cigarette stuck in it. Secondly as soon as we entered the room we smelt a dirty odor and after that once we looked around we found many termites around the room and even a LIZARD!Almost everything in the whole room bathrooms unhygienic, termites and lizards in the room and a very strong and dirty odor as soon we enter the room.

Shockingly a very narrow steep staircase access to the FF reception.Very dingy dark, stale rooms with pale very old Torn & unclean linen. Foul smelling washrooms, with one washroom ceiling partly hanging .Absolutely no heating arrangement available.Had per-requested a room in lower floor because of my knee problem but was pushed to 2 shabbily maintained pathetic rooms in attic. One of my children felll sick due to the lack of heating arrangements.My simple advice to everyone is: please don't dream of booking this hotel & don't be swayed by the images displayed.My booking was for 6 days, but the despite my repeated requests nothing worked & I had to check out after 2 day itself.

go ibibo gives very good deals as compare to others. but this hotel is rubbish. 1. food quality is bad and unhygienic. I asked for egg fried rice they mixed the cooked rice adding boiled egg. no sauce nothing taste was pathetic. for dinner we ordered veg biryani. they gave red rice and atoms haha chunks of paneer and cauliflowers. with no raita or onion. taste was horrible. 2. room is well painted and spacious but the mattress and pillows are smelly and old. I got back ache. 3. staff guys .. won't lift your luggage or bother to knock room before entering your room. ..

Always been my first preference in Jammu but this time I dont know why... customer service is excellent as always. Staffs are really good but the amenities and bathroom was a spoiler. And not value for money this time. Positve is it is located in prime location.

Pros - Nice place to stay in midst of main market and very near to the famous temple. Service quality is good and stay is comfortable. Cons- Hotel is at 2nd floor with no lifts. This may not be suitable for all. However hotel staff is helpful enough for you to forget this shortcoming.

Nice place to stay .. just parking is on road.. rooms spacious and clean dnt have room in ground so senior citizen may be little uncomfortable with stairs
