Very dirty lodge. The ambience of the rooms are different from the reality. Do not choose this hotel at all. We booked this Residency through OYO...OYO people colluded with this Residency people with intent to cheat the customers, showed good ambience room, but to my utter dismay, this room is having foul smell, cheap bed sheet and the bathrooms are really worst. we are totally disappointed....I will file a case against them....
The rooms are very poor. The bedsheets and bathroom are not cleaned. Choose to stay here only if you have no other option for getting a room elsewhere. The only advantage is that it's close to the temple. Some of the rooms aren't even worth a quarter of what they charge.
Rooms are not that clean including washroom, staff are not that supportive, the only best things is that it is close to Raja Gopuram & it will be really helpful for Giri pradakshina, if you have other options like to start near Ramana Maharshi ashram, then definitely don't chose the place
This place doesn't deserve even a single star. Worst service and maintenance, zero hygiene and was charged Rs.3500 per day during full moon.
Waste hotel too bad and worst hospitality. With out giving minimum facilities to customers and irritating by rude behaviour by management. I wish to complain against this hotel in police station but before going to that it is pertinent to bring this issue to your notice and want to immediate attention
If you don't want peaceful stay book here. The aged caretaker can't understand what u speak or the oyo customer support. He demands you to Pay in cash even if u book and paid through oyo online. this place is well-known for rudeness. note: this is a cheap place
Better service and hospitality expected. Customers booking them online with full payment will be denied during your check-in.You can block your stay and pay at hotel. Usual services offered by other OYO hotels cannot be expected. This property can be chosen as a last priority hotel if no better hotels are available in Tiruvannamalai.
Worst hotel to stay. Unclean rooms; bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed and very dirty. Water exhausted from taps halfway through while brushing my teeth. Had to request for hot water. Frequent sighting of Cockroaches and lizards. Open drainage, STINKS, and lots of mosquitoes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO STAY. AVOID. AVOID.
