Very pathetic service and rude behaviour by staffs.I will strongly suggest don't go to this hotel by any means.Staffs are drinking liquor at night time and argue even they will not bother to attack you.Very very bad experience in this hotel.Rooms are not clean and no supportive staffs are there in this hotel.I am suggesting please don't go to this hotel.

The hotel is very neat, clean and decorated, but the room provided to us was not at all clean. The bedsheet, pillow covers were dirty and torn. The room was quite dirty. The price of this hotel was shown quite low, but expected a lot better room at that price. Few rooms appeared to be well maintained but our room(room no. 202) was quite dirty.(1 star is deserved for this) On the other hand, the room service was really good. The staffs were very polite and cooperative. (5 star is deserved for this) The location of the hotel is good. 10 minutes walk from Bhubaneswar Railway station. 2 minutes walk from Rajmahal Circle.
The only thing I liked here is the behavior of staff here. Although there was no service at all upfront from their side, but they were ready to listen everything. Now if I speak about room and services:- > No Geyser > No stable TV Connection > No stable WiFi Connection > No service phone > No Lift > Hard Pillows and Mattress > No ventilation There were no services upfront from there side. Few services will be provided, if you go down through stairs 2-3 times and ask them. Overall it was not worth Rs.1000 per day which I paid. Max Rs. 500-550 was fine for these kind of services. I want to reiterate that staff behavior was good irrespective of services offered by hotel.
First thing I want to say that I have booked a non ac double bed Room and the Receptionist gave me that room in ground floor (G1). The most important things are given below of that room.01. Room was unbelievable dirty.02. The left side of the bed tile removed from the wall and floor. All the dust filled by that area. Right side of the bed some one has spit on the wall and a big hole in the wall.03. That bed was getting very awkward like 20 years old.04. The biggest things is there was a gap between door and wall after room lock someone can see everything of the room from corridor. When I complaint at reception give me other room but answered me we don't have any other room.05. Washroom was more than dirty from room. Water was dropping from tap. Shower was not working. Geyser not available. Don't have soap or any type of liquid.06. Proved a basin in the room which was not clean from the starting of the hotel also provide a table you can see on photo I have uploaded.
Reception and the corridors are clean, but rooms are dirtiest rooms I have ever encountered in my life, room service is offered by a kid. Really unprofessional room service, AC does not work properly and room walls are damped. Please avoid such place.
only good point is Hotel is walking distance from the Railway station. The rooms are not upto the mark, are not neat and clean. The counter staff is good but hotel needs more cleanliness
This hotel is a disaster. I am not sure why you are still continuing with this property? This should be blacklisted. I could have got a much better room to stay in if I had booked in Triumph Inn (at a similar price). They don't have a hot water geyser (My GOD!!! Is this a hotel?) And please see the pics I have uploaded. There is no TV in the room. see the condition of the wall and wardrobe. I am really disgusted with this place. Though I have finished my work. still I am roaming here and there, fearing to see the same room. There are stains on the bed sheet also, which I will definitely upload. Please Please Please black list this hotel.I am a hotelier and I know how it feels when a guest complains. But I have no other option than to do it.
