OYO 46343 Jayanthi Mansion - Hotel in Chennai - Chennai, India

My friend Booked By OYO application with nearly RS500 .but the Hotel management said that 'we have no contact to OYO. So you should pay again 500per day.Otherwise we won't allow you' .After paid extra amount they show a room .The room is Not EB powered.when we complaint against Power they said This only is for your 500worth room.. Very worst cheating receptionist and managements. At the same time somebody booked Like us in OYO app ..they also paid extra money (double ).very worst management. Asking extra money and room is very worst .don't book here don't waste your money

I had booked room for 4 nights on booking. when I got the reception to check in he told me the rooms are full, I show him my booking confirmation, and he says again the rooms are full, and rudely tells me to leave. You can't trust this host. So don't book at this place if you don't want to End up in the same situation.

the hotel is very much inside and rooms are very dirty. the receptionist is big C , she wont allow oyo booking , and ask for extra cash. she ask for tip also. what u see in oyo and reality is far more different please dont waste ur money here.

worst experience in my life. The photos what you see in Oyo, what they show is completely different. Don't get tempted by the photos and cost. worst area. no neatness. no proper water supply, no charging plug points, he did not even give blankets in that cold. He said you booked via Oyo, so he did not give. Even public toilets are far better than this rooms. please don't get tempted. the photos are fake. worst place ...

worst experience i had till now. before reaching hotel i called oyo executive so many times to confirm the accommodation. they said no directly go to hotel and pay the amount and do checkin. when i reached hotel from chennai central the hotel staff told no rooms available here, but already room no103 is alloted in my name only. they told me premium rooms only available and told me, take it or else leave. i visited chennai first time and even i don't know tamil and time was arround 10:00pm and i'm with my family. and the area was too dangerous. i don't have have time, no language, even the hotel don't speak other languages. i check in for premium room. even the room was best in the worst. no families are staying in that hotel. the same scenario i told to oyo executive. he also told the same, take it or else leave. this is what happening with oyo. please don't go with this and don't refer also.

Worst ever hotel I ever stayed. I had to checkout within 2 hours because of unclean and bad odour and lack of things in room Bathroom light was not working Washroom was not clean Room was not clean Receptionist took 50rs extra while checkin

My stay in this hotel. It was so cozy and the staff was very professional. They made me feel at home, and The internet connection was so strong, that I can visit my social media account anytime I want (and can watch Netflix too!). I would recommend everyone to come and stay in this hotel!
