Awsm place to stay. Staff service n behavior was just awsm. Ambience is so good n natural. Manager behavior is also very nice n polite. You will definitely feel like home.quality of food is so good. So blissful experience to stay here.if i ever get a chance to visit secandrabad again..i will definitely again choose this hotel to stay.
I booked this hotel through Goibibo website but while entering the premises the supervisor didn't allowed me check-in because of some money related issue with the OYO company. Later I gave 2400 rs to the supervisor and I went in. Trust me it didn't felt like 2400 rs worth spending on such rooms. Even after being inside the room for almost 1 hours I didn't see anyone coming even to give a bottle of water or towel or washcloth. Even the staff behavior was very unpleasant. Later at the same time I decided to move because you could get bunch of hotels in nearby areas with tidy rooms and good staff support. Think twice before you book this particular. Hospitality :- 5/10 Hotel room cleanliness :- 8/10 Food :- 7/10 Location :- 9/10 ( Good for people visiting the Secunderabad area) I won't say the hotel is not good, but i am not happy with the hotel staff. I booked the hotel via oyo app. The oyo people called me whether the booking is confirmed while was at airport. I confirmed my stay and then have also updated the hoteo officials that i will be late. It took me around 2.5 hours from airport to reach the hotel and then at night 2 am when i reached the hotel the hotel officials refused to allote me a room as i did oyo booking even though it was cash and they asked me to pay Rs500 extra on tbe booking amount. These was the worst part because they knew tgat i was helpless as i was having no other option then to pay. I had paid extra Rs500 , Total Rs 1400 plus gs just for those few hours and then had to leave hotel by 11 am. I won't recommend these hotel to anyone because of these experience.
Rooms are decent, not great. Has old tv and ac sets which function only in few rooms. Food options limited too. You'd get a way much better deal at Oyo rooms for same price!
This is a great place to stay, the rooms are neat and clean, and well equipped. The staff are courteous and handle any problems that you might face very well. Overall, it is a good place to stay.
