My father previously booked a room at this hotel. Finding this hotel is so hard that we couldn't even check in, its located inside some kind of maze. When we called the reception for directions, they informed that the hotel is under maintenance and there is not any room available.(though we previously booked a room in that hotel through goibibo) We had to find another hotel at about 11pm with freaking 0 knowledge about the place. I dont know why they even allow this kind of scam hotels to function with reputed travel agencies like goibibo. Requesting people to not book this hotel under any circumstances.

I don't know how come this Oyo is highly rated.. The person in the reception was good.. but Room has a gloomy appearance. Bedsheet and linen -- not clean Towel -- black spots Bathroom / toilet -- not clean looks like they haven't cleaned it .. not properly flushed too.. Network -- no WiFi .. Jio network very poor No AC Location -- locating this hotel is a huge task.. No signboard even in the property .. located at the end of Lakshmi Nagar .. the gate is on opposite side of some bus stop.. Well connected with Bus service No toiletries provided .. I paid 890 for this OYO .. Rating here having 5stars are cheats for sure

PLEASE READ VERY IMPORTANT: Very bad experience. I booked this hotel on 12.03.2021 and I travelled from Rourkela to Bhubaneswar. I reached this property just to find out they have closed. I mean this is ridiculous. If your property is closed why is it listed online? Freaking trash experience. This was so bad. Hopefully MMT relocated us to a nearby homestay which was really very nice.

AC wasn't working properly. Told us that they would solve the problem after 15 mins, didn't come back. Charged us extra for spilling in bedsheets, telling that since it is a new place we didn't write it in the Oyo app but we will charge you, no other OYO has done it before. The place doesn't even have anything written outside to know whether it is an Oyo or not, not even a single sign.Beds were not comfortable at all. Only positive was that rooms looked clean, since the place is new .

This place does not have a proper landmark at the first place. But once you find this OYO HOME, the rooms are very comfortable. You might not exactly feel at home, but it surely gives you a feeling that you are not very far away from your home.

It's a great Hotel to stay n safety. Good location cleaning is great n stafe is vry good friendly person. I feel tike my own room i feel like good.
