Worst experience ever. I paid for a suit room for 1 day with my friend. When I was go for check-in they asked for again pay the amount double. So I contacted customer service and try to connect with room manager. But didn't respond. So I cancelled the booking and waiting for 100% refund. Just satisfied with the refund confirmation.

OYO Rooms is completely deceiving the public, the pictures of hotels online are actually and look like chawls when we go. Oyo rooms online advance payment is late, we do not get the money back even after canceling if we do not like the room. And their customer care also does not answer properly, if the call is not received, then they are not able to answer completely.

I learnt, i can be fooled easily. Worst pg rooms i have ever seen with bugs, cockroach,.... badly furnished, labours seems to be the owners of that place! I have attached few samples below.

First I feel so much why google have no option to give negative rating. Pls check the rooms before u check in. And do not fell for the pics shown in oyo app. I think the last cleaning was done on that day only. everything was worst to the core. Maintenance: 0/100 Visibility : 10/100 Staff Behavior : no comments simply waste These type of staff and hotel manger are the main reason for all those complaints raised over OYO. They don't maintain the property even to basic standard and expect to be priced at 5 star hotel ranges. Pls aware of these kind of fraud and unprofessional ppl are key player in this business. Don't spoil your whole trip by booking with these kind of hotels. We contacted OYO. The maximum help from their side was full refund and 100's of "sorry for the inconvenience caused. we will look on to it.". Stop being sorry and start working at where things go wrong. Before expanding your business geographically pls concentrate on your core places. #wakeupOYO

Worst possible stay. AVOID AT ANY COST. SUFFERED AFTER Going THERE WITH FAMILY..ITS AN APARTMENT AND THEY SAY ROOMS NOT FREE. WILL GIVE ROOM ONLY ON DOUBLE PRICE AT THE LAST MOMENT. CHEATED ME OF 2000 RS

Don't EVER step into this place.I had successfully booked a room 2 days prior to the day of arrival. There was no one at reception to host then I called one of the numbers they said all the rooms are full. If all the rooms were full why the f*** did u accept my booking. Total s*** place.

1. Bad behavior of reception person. 2. Asked full advance payment but rooms are not worth of amount paid(Usually customer can pay after checkout) 3. Rooms are not modern, dirty pillows and dirty curtains 4. Washroom is not that good. 5. If you have emergency or no other option then you can go with this hotel.

Avoid at all costs. You will experience multiple levels of headaches if you book this place online. I booked via Agoda website, it is a Singapore company. They probably deal with OYO, which is an Indian company and they deal with the "Bharath Residency". Apparently, the hotel management has an ongoing dispute with OYO. So, Agoda, OYO and the hotel, all 3, in their great wisdom continue to allow online bookings anyway. Agoda will charge your CC/Debit card for the reservation. Then if you show up to the location, the hotel representatives, who look like scammers by the way, flat out say they won't honor the booking and that you should call OYO and cancel the booking. If you want to check-in you will have to pay again, with cash, and it should be no surprise that they do not have an electronic payment system. Ok, so you pay with cash and then go check out the room. What will you see? Dirty bed with stains, dirty cabinets, dirty stain filled bathroom, dirty sofa, missing deadbolts on the door. Hey atleast the AC was somewhat working, so that is something. The room is NOTHING like what the pictures on Google depict. You should sleep with your eyes open. When you wake up from "sleep", you have NO BREAKFAST to look forward to. There is NO WiFi according to the hotel guy who will check you in. But there is some sheet at the back of the room door with some WiFi information. Of course you will need to be sure that there will be no identity theft or something. So you should avoid connecting to the "WiFi". Oh and the cherry at the top of this horse feces cake is that the payment receipt that is provided, reluctantly I should add, for paying with cash does not have "Bharath Residency" on it. It has "Suriyaa International". Oh by the way, you will need to call OYO to cancel the booking. They will tell you booking is cancelled, but you will receive no notification. They will then tell you that for refund of the online payment, they will transfer you to a manager, the manager will tell you that you will need to call Agoda and that you should Google the Agoda phone numbers. At your insistence they will give you a couple of phone numbers for Agoda that will not work. You will go to Agoda to cancel online, the cancellation webpage will ask you to create an account. The creation of the account will experience technical difficulties. The phone numbers on the website will have International phone numbers that you will not be able to call unless you have a phone servive capable of that. I cannot insist enough to avoid this place. The pictures on Google are totally falsified. For the real pictures see the other users' review pictures.
