Required more quality room service.
This hotel is ok for short stay ( 1-2 days ) ... They provide food items which are little costly but good in taste..Bathroom and toilet were well maintained but ventilation point was not available . Behaviour of staffs quite friendly..
Very poor quality service before you go please check all things properly in room.

One star is more than the rating it actually expects.
1. The hotel is three storied. But it does not have a lift.
2. Most of the bathrooms do not have any ventilation system.
3. They do not have the knowledge of double bed room size. A single bed room they say it's double bed room.
4. They gave us immersion rod but there is no plug point near bathroom. We had to get the bucket in room.
5. Only one plug point. So either you watch tv or charge your mobile. Simply unacceptable.
6. Ground floor 3 bed room has a bathroom but no ventilation. So all the smell will come inside room. Totally unacceptable.
If you are visiting Dimna with family, avoid avoid avoid this hotel. Only good part is the food. Little pricy but that's ok.
Hotel is average.
Oyo shows lower rate in their app, but hotel isn't happy with this.
So effect comes to you.
From oyo app despite booking best room, they will give you small room as your rate fits this.
That is not acceptable.

Room is little small but manageable for one or two night stay. They have complimentary Breakfast for deluxe room guests. Breakfast was healthy and tasty also. Staff behaviour is very good and helpful for the guests.

Gym is basic and the thread mill is shaky and noisy. You will be surprised by rapid changes in the water pressure in bath rooms
