Zero value for service and light goes for 2 hours everyday not fixed time. You can not bring food in room even hotels food as well. Service not available. My Jammu cab driver recommended this hotel to me and later I found he did this for commission.
We have booked 3 double bed room. When we checked in they gave us 1 four beded and 1 double bed room. At that time we dont have option to change hotel. The manager saying check u r geeting executive room at price of deluxe so thank us for that.

Good location, well mannered staffs, Neat and clean rooms. And very very reliable hotel . ( Thanks to all staffs for returning my bag with valuable documents and lot of money which i forgot to bring with me at the time of check out!) I heartily recomended this hotel.
I stayed in this hotel for five days with my friends. I along with my friends enjoyed a lot there. The hotel namely Hotel Grand inn is a reputed and has a high value which i found really. The rooms are highly decorated with awesome modern design Really whenerver i come to kashmir my hotel will be only this hotel . Cleaniess staff behavior and management location are wonderful. Hotel staff are super helpful but I found my room to be dirty and bunch of hairs were laying here and there. Rooms are good for the price and location is also good as it's near to dal lake. If you are travelling single and tight on budget then you can check this hotel for sure.
Good n amazing service perfect room facilities. Nice n helpful staff , perfect for families to stay . It was a nice experience everyone should stay in this hotel whenever visit to kashmir .
