Third class rooms and room services poor
Would have given 4 star if sheets were clean. Booked this after opting for with most ratings FILTER, and it was first result with 399/- for night. Place is near to city center and good junction nearby for WAZWAN food, gated parking space and hospitable staff. Deducting 2 stars for not so clean sheet and deceptively rating themselves after taking my mobile in the name of digital check-in.
This is a worst hotel , flush was not working , rooms are very very dirty , don't believe on ratings or oyo rating , they ar fake only . Carpet and toilets are also very dirty . Rating given to this hotel is manipulated onlydone by their local public only they we denied to stay , they have taken full day charges as we were there for 1 to 2hrs only
It's a good hotel but the food isn't prepared here it comes from tandoori cafe and only one time you can give order than if you give order it will take 30-45 minute.
Had a wonderful and pleasent stay. Highly recommend for others as well. Staff is very supportive and helpful. Will get additional benefits of Kashmir guide information.
Pathetic service. While Complaining about room cleaniness they asked us to change the hotel rather than solving our problem. They care least about their guest and have an arrogant behavior towards guest. *Please think twice before choosing this hotel*
They scammed me. Didn't allow check in, and then went ahead and entered on the system that I have checked in already. Now I am unable to get refund. Never ever trust these guys!!
