Apparently, they have only provided one towel even though we have book for two people. Also you can see their back up power is not connected with the bathroom lights so whenever there is a power cut bathroom light will be off which is pathetic. Avoid this place if U can.

Room was okay type. Charge I gave for ac room per night was rs.1000 which is more compared to other cities. Tv was non functional. Bathroom amenities were not working properly.Always check these things before booking rooms. Room size was okay type. Food at restaurant was costly and taste was below average. Prefer eating outside.

Very bad experience, horror behavioiur of hotel owner and attendents also,bug in bed,bathroom lock system is broken, unhealthy atmosphere ,food are , Totally hopeless.

A very poor experience, the rooms were too small like a 75sq m room, no one can't even adjust their legs in the bathroom. rooms have also security and privacy issues,i have been found several holes in the room plus through the bathroom, anyone could enter your room. I booked a Delux room but they gave me a cheap room which was literally like 200 rs room.plus mosquitoes are another issue,even mosquito oils won't help u! there are so many mosquitoes.Poor services, for students, it's not at all recommend because it's too noisy, no one could have been studying peacefully.

Good but staffs need to be more polite

before booking pls read my review if u really want to safeguard urself from harrasment. Apart from that they charged me extra 300 rs fr just 1 hrs late check out ,they harrassed me so much treat me so badly as if i m a thief. Poor services , for students its not at all recommend because its too much noisy , no one could hve been study peacefully. booking hotel in new suman is my biggest mistake and worst experience i had ever faced in my entire life. Don't fall in the trap of the photos they published in internet there r only 1/2 rooms were like than and for those rooms they ll charge too high compare to other hotel prices. i visited recently on 18 December 2021 pls report again this hotel

I did not stay here...I had gone for lunch at this place. Food quality is average...test was not up to the mark..and the price is also very high..I had ordered Veg thali and when I taken 2nd time rice they charged me extra even there shouldn't be chargeable for extra amount for any item if you take 2nd time anything like rice, vegetables, salad, etc in a Thali system.. This is not fare..
