Arrogant behaviour of receptionist. I booked the room for myself, but they took money from another person and sent to my room without asking me. No privacy. Staff was banging my room door while was asleep. Such a nuisance. TV is just kept for formality. It doesn't work.
Very very poor . Please do not choose this place to stay . Even after confirmed booking from OYO , the hotel resists to provide the accomodiation .

I stayed here for 1 night. Room and bathroom were clean but bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty which they changed after complaining. Staff were courteous. Bathroom floor has no water separation from toilet. So after a bath, if we use toilet then we have to step on wet floor which can be slippery and it makes bathroom dirty if using shoes etc. Room was spacious. I didn't use the TV. Hotel Wi-Fi speed was good at 50mbps which helped a lot because both Airtel and Jio signals and speed were very weak and extremely slow.
Guy in reception is rude and denied Check in as we booked in Oyo And also asked for twice the amount and the room was very dirty. Was stranded at midnight with 20 people
Very bad experience, my friend book a room for me for two days from OYO in Joel Inn hotel and payment done by card. But when I was gone in hotel, he not provide me room. He told me book another room and pay direct to hotel. And request OYO for cancel room. When my friend cancelled the room he was got only Rs 500 instead of Rs 1600. I strongly recommend that don't go this hotel by OYO. Both are fraud.
Kindly avoid this if u are booking through online. We paid in advance through onlime and we did a late check in after informing them.. they denied us entry and asked us to cancel the room and pay them directly for a nominal price. IDIOTS IS WHAT I CALL THEM... putting a customer into this position. They say OYO is not giving them the dues but this hotel still keep their account online and using their name. Whatever be it, a confirmed room is always confirmed and they cannot deny the room! Moral: we left the place and complained got our refund through MMT and Oyo.
Hotels rooms are amazing n also its staff too good they always ready to serve you best n good. Only one thing is there we need to order food on Online like swiggy n ETC over all is Outstanding
