From starting no one picked call to provide me hotel directions, i was coming from Phagwara to Jalandhar and it was my first stay . I called 10-15 times on the number mentioned on app. When i reached hotel no one was at reception , receptionist having lunch at dining table. When i entered in room it was smelling honestly , room size was small but managed well . Blanket and bedsheets are not cleaned . No water served . I asked from reception to serve water , he gave me bottle without telling me that it is a paid water bottle. No one called for Breakfast and not even informed that this is the time till we serve breakfast. When reached for breakfast receptionist lady was talking on call i was just asking for our breakfast arrangements and place but she told me to wait for one minute i am on call. I think customer is not priority for staff. Basic things staff must know to serve without asking . Actually staff was not looking like they really want to host. Hotel location was good this is the positive point i have got.

My stay in this property was wonderful. I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel everything was nice thanks to manager Manpreet who cater the special needs of guests personally with his professionalism and attention to detail nature.

Good place to stay, staff is friendly enough to deal with. Delay in service : asked for tea but it didn't came till I waited there at breakfast for about 30 mins. Asked for water bottle and they served after 3 times reminder. Please improve your service timings and quality

I recently needed a short stay at a hotel room in Jalandhar while waiting for a friend to return to Punjab. I checked into the 24X7 hotel in Jalandhar early in the morning at 5:00 am after driving all night from Delhi. The night manager matched the price on agoda.com. The hotel is in a great location in Model Town. There are so many stores and restaurants near the hotel, all within walking distance. The next morning I met the day manager, Mr. Manpreet Singh. When Mr. Singh found out I had had trouble sleeping that night due to the cold January temperatures in Punjab and that the heater did not function in my room, he did everything to improve my experience for the next night. He moved me to another room and ensured I had a working heater. Although I am from India, I grew up in the US and did not have an opportunity to learn Hindi. Mr. Singh speaks English fluently in addition to Punjabi and Hindi. He made me feel quite at home by conversing with me in English in the morning. I was feeling quite lonely in Jalandhar as my friend was still away, so I truly enjoyed Mr. Singh's company. He also spoke respectfully to the hotel staff under him, which reveals his kind and caring nature. My experience at the 24x7 hotel was greatly enhanced due to Mr. Manpreet Singh. His focus is to make the customer happy and satisfied, and he does an excellent job. I wish him all the best in his hospitality career.

Do not ever book this hotel Rooms are very small and different as shown in pictures. Used bed sheets, dirty smelly room and washroom, If you book this hotel from OYo and your booking is prepaid they will give you dirtiest room and don't even provide basic necessities like water bottles, soap, shampoo . I got this hotel in 1300 total waste of money. These days OYO is full of fraud hotels.

Worst service and hospitality. They charged inr 1200/ for 3-4 hours in day time and when I asked to stay for another hour . They were asking extra money. Tea was pathatic,.. No complementary breakfast or even water. They took my mobile phone charger ...after a long debate they returned it .
