Stayed for 3nights 4days no cleaning services and bedsheet changed... very frequent power cuts . worst place.Staffs are unprofessional.complimentary food quality was too low.Booked rooms for 5people no extra matrex were provided whereas the staffs recommended 2X bed is big enough to adjust for 3 people accommodation in 1room.At the Time of checkout extra 535/- online payment was completed but the owner concerned was to give cash as OYO rooms has not given them the money back.Worst service from OYO.recomend to obsolete Golden Villa from OYO as this owners make OYO service hell..
I travelled from Varanasi to Bhubaneswar and i reached at 12am. We already booked from make my trip and we payed 650 indian currency for one day but they denied we can give you room because the rate is too low and please don't take this oyo because they cheat too much and they make you fool so better aware from these guys
The same problem happened like " Suryansh Nayak". I also book This Hotel from make my trip with price 675 but reception person telling that this is booking with lowest price and my room also he gave to another person so be aware of this OYO Hotel.
They are a cheat ... They don't accept online booking. It is what they said when I arrived there. Do confirm your booking to the hotelier before arriving there to avoid surprises by the hotel staff
Geyser is not there in ground floor room.. Hotel is ok but they will not give any money receipt for early check in..
Good fully furnished rooms..Neat and clean.. The only problem is that it's located far from city and less transportation..
