Bad service n winter session m cold water not working gesaier properly food is not good no parking facilities are available

He's charges per room cost Double/Triple. Room condition very much poor, no provided Bucket - Mug, Towels in Bathroom,Room not clean, blanket already very dirty. Staff behaviour very rudely. And Normally not provide bill to customers. If customer demand and force then he gave.

First of all when i talked to them on phone for early checkin they said okay for a minimal cost but when I reached early morning 5am ,they asked me for whole day charge I know it's their rule but just to get customer first they agreed on minimum cost ,i literally stayed on street for 3 hr he said with that price we will checkin at 9 am,for two hours as general checkout time is 11 I paid 400 extra...now coming to other things. Belive me I haven't seen any dirtier room than this,their were blood stain on pillows and bedsheet ,i asked to replace sheets and pillow they said they will receive laundry at 10 they kept delaying till 4pm , those were so dirty that even when i travelled for 12 hrs and so tired still i preferred to rest on chair instead of that bedsheet.i went to marked in evening and told them to change it,but they didn't finally I came to room at 9 they said they don't have extra pillow bedsheet I did checkout went to other hotel at 10pm ,i paid total 1800 for 8am checkin 9pm checkout same day, Rude behavior of staff, also there were pigeon making noise all the time I complained and ask to change room they said it's not available but I saw two empty rooms on same floor opened,no hot water was in bathroom...

Staff behaviour so rude and room service very bad you call again and again but they didn't have any response, no hot water facility for bath, room not neat and clean price to high 1800rs, they didn't serve anything.

Price is too high and there is no hot water for bath in winter and washroom are not in good condition staff behaviour is not so good and they are not providing any towal in bathroom i prefer people don't come here please take another hotel fpr stay the are charging 1800for room i am not setisfy with this...

Good staff behaviour. Nice food all type of veg non veg foods are available there. At first I ordered from online services then I go to that place after 5 months then I captured a moment that they prepare very healthy food. Nice place and good staff time to time waiters to ask for something good rate around here. I'll give it 4 stars.
