I stayed here for my recent official trip to Bikaner. I must say the hotel is located right in the heart of the city. Being just a minute walk from Railway Station gives this hotel a great advantage. The rooms were nice and well arranged. Amenities were average but staff behaviour and service will cover each and every thing. Fantastic service and helpful behaviour of staff makes this hotel different from others. Food is too good. They have good options in complementary breakfast so that one can choose easily as per his requirement. Check in check out process is so smooth. The manager is so cooperative. Must recommend and will surely stay here again and again during my next visits to Bikaner.

Staff went above and beyond for me to have the best experience in Bikaner (from organizing private driver to visit the city to making sure where my bus stop was and calling a rickshaw to take me there). They were also very communicative during the day with constant recommendations and suggestions, a level of service seen in luxury hotels.
Rooms were spacious and clean and the location, next to the train station, is ideal if you are traveling by train.
The street where it is located gets busy at night and has many dining options.
