OYO 25085 Hotel De Apple - Hotel in Srinagar - Srinagar, India

I stated in this hotel for 5 nights during my stay and have a mixed opinion about this hotel Pros: 1. Reception manager's behaviour was excellent 2. Room was decent/ clean 3. Mineral Water was complimentary 4. 24 hours hot water 5. Power backup Cons: 1. Location is bit odd - opp. to a burial ground and in the middle of a residential area; the entire lane becomes very dark after sunset. 2. There are too many dogs in this lane which will hamper your good night's sleep. 3. Breakfast was complimentary but you need to call multiple times before it's delivered to your room. Plus, they will not consider your kid for breakfast. Only after I told they provided. Also, it felt they are doing me a favour by providing breakfast. Not good attitude. 4. Service staff enters the room without permission, this is a serious privacy concern and I don't appreciate this. Conclusion - Only book this hotel if you are travelling in peak season and have no other option left.

We stayed here for 3N, overall stay was excellent. Rooms are clean, even they given us 2 adjustment rooms being family. Room service was prompt, we tried breakfast, that was made fresh and good quality. Staff is good, even Manager Aayan made courtesy all to us, when we were delayed to check all OK. Overall it is very good for a budget stay.

Very comfortable stay at a reasonable price. The owner and staff are very helpful and kind. We were stuck at srinagar due to landslides and they supported us in every possible way.The rooms are clean and all amenities are functional. Very happy and satisfied

The stay here was very comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean and the staff was helpful specially the manger Ayan and always ready to serve us efficiently. The dinner was vast and everything tasted great. Would definitely recommend!

location is good , rooms are big and spacious, bathrooms are nice and clean. Aayan was really nice and helpful, overall a nice stay totally recomend it. it's near krishana dhaba and mist restaurant. near dal Lake, you will also find auto and taxi near the hotel

Had a great stay at De Apple. Stauff was polite and prompt. Loved the pure vegetarian kitchen. Dinner was excellent. Highly recommended. Specially mention to the manager Mr Ayaan, he was very kind and supportive.

This place doesn't even worth a single star. Very old, full of smoking smells, and unlike pictures. Never rent this place. It doesn't have A/C and location is the worst, dog barking all night and two mosques with full volume speakers surrounding the place. Staying here was the mistake of my life. The place seemed to be run by teenagers. They were knocking the door asking if we are checking out at 10 AM while check out time is 12 PM. Most of the good comments underneath seems that people are bluffing the place.

very disappointing, rooms are dirty and very old furniture, bed was not clean with very old bed sheets and pillow cases, location is bad and noisy, one of the worst hotels i have stayed at, it needs serious renovation. if you care for your comfort do not stay here. Will never come back again
