The staff were very helpful and polite. Location of the hotel was very convenient. But the faucet of wash basin was not discharging hot water because the knob on the water side was malfunctioning. Bathroom window pane broken. Cleanliness was bad. Walls were damp. The owner of this property should maintain the property properly
All stuff are good but bed sheet, towel, pillow cover not clean, restrictions to go outside after 8-30 pm, No restaurant, No room service. Location of hotel is good only.
convenient for staying specially for the location just near to the taxi stand. manager Alfred is very gentle and polite person. New property, clean room, bedsheet are clean, toilet is clean. just one thing is inconvenient, hotel is on 4th floor and no lift facility available otherwise it's great to stay in budget.

Nice Clean rooms, with all possible amenities in budget. Washrooms are clean and equipped with modern accessories with always working geysers. Friendly behavior by the young manager of the property. Some rooms have personal balcony. Location is very near to the bus/car stand and the local market. The property has a prompt power backup in powercut. The hotel actually on 3rd and 4rth floor without any lift or elevator service. Though the stairs are not too steep but it can be a discomfort for an elder person or person with short breath illness. And the other stuff than the young manager, always alerts and suggests to come back to hotel within 8pm in the evening. He says after 8pm some drunk people outside the hotel may harass you, but we didn't experience such incidents, rather the reception of the hotel itself closes after 8pm. and you may not get any service after 8. Tips : never miss the terrace of the hotel after sunset to experience starfield like lights on the Kalimpong Hills.
Nice location,very near to bus,car stand & market.Very neat & clean room, good hospitality.But the hotel is in the 3rd floor of that building which must be problematic for aged person...
Amazing hotel and located at a very good spot, which is right next to the bus stop! it was a good experience overall with the manager and staff being very kind and polite with us! The service was swift, rooms were very clean, toilets were spacious and hygienic! Just what you need for a good stay! One negative point being, the hotel doesn't have a lift, which could pose as a threat to the ealderly folks!
