We were a party of 3 women and from the moment we landed at the property our experience was superlative. The staff was super friendly and eager to please. We decided to extend our stay and they made the entire experience very memorable. The place is very conveniently located and accessibility is absolutely easy.
If I could give it a zero I would. It was extremely bad service with rude staff but the worst part is the room. It was so dirty, I could've slept in the bus stop and have a better experience. Bugs everywhere and huge stains on the blanket. If I hadn't noticed it they wouldn't even have changed it . When I got into the room there was hair on the bed. I would think thrice before booking this disgusting service.
A beautiful home like place in Chennai. Very clean and well appointed rooms, and the staff is always ready to help you with anything you need, and healthy south Indian breakfast every morning. The location is also very convenient, with markets and metro stations nearby, and the place is also not very far from the airport. My Thumbs Up to Fab Green Tree, it's the best value for your money you can get in Chennai.
Had a nice three days stay. The staff at the reception greeted well. Friendly staff willing to help at all means such as directing us for shopping, main attractions, arranging cabs and etc. The room were clean.

We booked online and they turned us away, even when they admitted they had a room open. The property manager was extremely unwilling to help us out. There was a line of upset customers waiting to voice complaints by the time we were done. Avoid it!!!
I'd have given a no star if I had a choice! They keep on turning off the air condition to save the power and the hot weather in Chennai gave me a terrible stay in this apartment!
