Hotel is good , staff is good , room is clean , good service We can say excellent hotel with aminites Good for rest no disturbance,

Reason not to consider this hotel if u r planning to see Chandigarh 1.) located outside Chandigarh and all major attractions are far away from this hotel. 2.) Property is not as clean as that of a 4 star hotel. 3.) AC creates lot of noise even if it is turned off. 4.) People keep shouting here and there during midnight and no one cares even if u complain abt it. 5.) Toilet commode is dirty as hell. 6.) lastly (worst i believe): During checkout they ask for money for any random stuff from mini bar placed in ur room. Make sure u check and count products as soon as u enter into ur room. Positive: Only food and serving staff. Overall Suggestion: Look out for some property inside the city.

I was solo traveling and I felt completely safe in the hotel. The staff and managers both were extremely welcoming. Deluxe room is very clean and spacious, the food was delivered in the room within 10 minutes and quantity is fulfilling enough. I will surely recommend the property

We had opted for premium room and found that the room was not not fully ready on entry. There was no washroom soap, no tea mixing spoons, no washroom slippers, toilet papers were not checked and room + washroom had to be sanitized before things finally were finally ok. In the night, we found a weird noise coming from central heater and even the fan. Morning breakfast experience was sadly surprising when we were told that we'll get limited quantity of juice and other items on per adult basis. After a discussion with the reception, things were finally ok and our final breakfast was well deserving as per hotel standards. Overall, hotel is just ok for a night stay when the purpose is to just spend the night and move out the next morning. They should lift up their experience and ensure complete room readiness and sanitization prior to check in minimize customer requests for basic necessary facilities (some of which are mentioned above) that are missing and are provided only on request so that customer can remember the stay as a memorable one and proudly opt for the hotel again. Location of the property is very nice as it is very close to big shopping mall nearby. But personally, will think twice before opting this hotel again in case of multiple day visit scenario as the I felt the welcome warmth mising.

would rate 3/5. it doesn't look or feel like a 4 star hotel. there was seepage in one of the rooms. the ac took a lot of time to cool the room. breakfast spread was also severely limited. outside of this, the stay was comfortable.

Nice and clean rooms. Location is good. Easy parking and staff is friendly. Furniture and room service is on point . Cutlery wasn't clean thought but not a big issue. Bathroom (toiletries)and accessories were also well maintained. Overall it's a nice hotel. And they did increased the prices recently, still it's a hotel I'll recommend for a comfortable and affordable stay.

My experience was very good here . It is a upscale place in budget. And is very popular among tourists . It's swimming pool is also very good. And the meal is excellent. We stayed here for one day and the day went amazingly. It lets you order at anything at anytime. We ordered French fries at 1'O clock at morning and still, the food was fresh .
