Good rooms at an affordable price for short stay. Two wheeler parking is safe. Rooms are old but maintained pretty decent. Not much amenities available.
They take 1800/night for a stay which is way too expensive for the place they have. Small rooms no ventilation.. the rooms are shown as bedroom with additional room, but the additional room is actually a kitchen and no one can stay in that area. So check in detail before you book. However, staffs are friendly and provides timely and fast service .. that's a good part of this stay. also calangute beach is just 10 mins by walk..it can be an option if you're looking for a budget friendly stay.
The hotel is at an excellent location. Very close to the calangute beach. But the hotel needs some maintenance work. Toilets need some work. Service is good, the staff is helpful. It has the cheapest room at this location, so don't expect much.

Best place to live in budget ....near to Baga , Calangute beach less crowded, rooms available anytime just you have to confirm before you go , AC non AC rooms available in budget , owner is so helpful , every time I visited Goa I chose this place and enjoyed..
