It was a really great experience, the rooms are clean and all the basic amenities are well provided. Specially, Sundar who was taking care of the place and guests was very much cooperative ane helpful, he even helped us getting auto and scooty on rent. Swiggy also delivers here which made things bit easier. Very close to most of beaches, main market (4-5km), only paradise beach is far (15km).
Our stay was moderate. Like the kitchen and utensils. For cleanliness I give only two star. Even the bed sheet they provided was not satisfied. some basic furnishing they have to do in bedroom. There is lot of mosquitoes, one cannot sleep without mosquito repellent. I got the room @ rs 1500 for two day stay. And for this price it is tolerable.
It's located in a slum, no proper parking, no proper road to reach to the hotel. I had booked the room unknowingly but I had to cancel it and did not get a penny also. But if you are a bachelor or looking for a very budget room then this could be an good option to you as the building is new and mostly clean.
People booking this oyo home should be aware of the fact that this place is located quite far from the highway. The roads leading to the home are bad and are not lit. The signal reception here for the internet is pretty bad and people who would like to work over the internet should search for some other place. The staff are friendly and helpful. The electricity tends to fluctuate causing the air conditioning unit to switch on and off.
Filled with mosquitoes. Place not worth for the money. Broken bathroom and non friendly staff. Kitchen is just for name sake. Filled with dust. I regret bringing my friends to this place. Oyo also didn't guide properly. Dont fall for the pics guys. Worst experience ever.
Hey People, I have stayed at this place for more then 10 days, This is the place for some one like me who has been city dweller throughout my life..Peace full Location away from the traffic and crowd...its in the mist of Coconut Grove...just 1km away from beach.. not a Beach view, u get to have a 1Bhk...with fridge A/c and cooking facilities...worth the Bucks, Ideal for Families and Friends accomodation.....u must have ur Vehicle....to enjoy this location...
Rooms are clean and price is reasonable but the location is far from main road. I recommend this place only of you have own transport.
