OYO 18638 Coco Mango - Hotel in Alibag - Raigad, India

Dont visit them. Such a terrible room. The owner directly said "if you want to stay then stay or cancel the booking" such terrible hospitality. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Dont look at images and go. The reality is different Not a single room has TV Their toilet flush is nit working. The bedsheet is in terrible condition The pillows look like they have never been washed

My stay at Coco Mango was great. Staff was very cooperative. Breakfast and dinner was the best. My room was quite decent. All together it was one very good experience and the memory of my stay will last forever thanks to the owner of that place who was very cooperative and genuine and did whatever he could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. We also had bonfire which was very helpful considering how cold it had got out there due to the greenery that you are surrounded by.There are many Coconut trees and Mango trees hence the name Coco Mango. It was peaceful and perfect for my two day stay.

When I received hotel booking confirmation I excited to see the hotel photos on google, and when I saw it was not that much excite me. I visit alibag with family for 2 nights and when I reached to hotel I am very disappointed. It surrounded with lots of coconut trees, because of that there is a lots of mosquito, they not even provided a mosquito liquid machine as i asked for many times, in night its was scary, no any security there, no staff(as they just start hotel after finished rainy season), Intercom working but no one there to pickup the phone(i almost call for 10 times). every time need to call form mobile. In room there is no wardrobe to store your cloth, no balcony, not any provision to hang your wash cloth, set-top box is not working. We not order any food for lunch and dinner from the hotel as we mostly outside for site seen. so no idea about the food quality. Overall it was not good experience with COCO MANGO. and it was not good place to visit with the family. 2 star only for room cleaning service.

Service is very pathetic. Owner is very greedy, he takes bookings from OYO and when booking is confirmed, he will also take booking from another user with more money and then when you reach the property, he will say that room is allotted to someone else. OYO should ban this property.

This is good for wedding ceremony but not for staying because they have very limited rooms may be two or three, And very big open space with mango and coconut tree. They built some structure in between only to be used for wedding, Birthday, engagement purpose. It's three and half kilometres from main Alibag City, This resort may be enjoyeble in monsoon because of it's proximity to near by river and old bridge of British Era. Nearby beach is Varsoli and Chalmala.

Verry good experience. neat and clean rooms with neccessary facilities. owner, staff are very cooperative and helping. beautiful garden with mango and coconut trees anyone can arrange like picnic. no problem for parking.

Saying Coco mango a hotel is a bit of stretch . Its a kind of motel having only 5 rooms . It kind of a Banquet garden with few rooms facility . The good part of the stay was peace and calm environment offered by it along with a large ground covered with coconut trees. It can be used for bonfire or group activities . The bad part was the service offered , no intercom was available you can connect to service on call but it was too slow.
