OYO 18512 Welcome Grand Inn - Hotel in Hyderabad, Secunderabad - Hyderabad, India

Rooms were big and spacious. Bathrooms were clean. The room service however is a sour point. The doors were slightly jammed but that was primarily because the property was newly constructed and not used much. Coupled by some coupon if you happen to book this property within you budget then it's a steal. Happy travelling.

Everything about this hotel is good from the infrastructure to the security to the ease of check in to the grandeur of the advanced equipment and solutions which the hotel provides. The rooms are spacious and the amenities are top notch. But there is one big issue which this place has to tackle which is the poor quality of mattress which can cause back ache to the healthiest of people. Apart from this, everything is too good.

It is a good hotel only... Good to take your family too only if you can adjust in certain factors. Cleanliness is not upto par but generally it is clean only. The furniture and all is little old. There is no food service even if oyo gives that offer, Dont waste your money on it. Good for a few nights stay if you just want to stay in a hotel for the time being.. If you are looking at high quality i suggest else where

Waste service they will not provide even water while you are eating . If you are doing function in their hall first they will give you the information what they will do in function after payment of advance they will not even respond and on the face of guest they will tell that they are not having jug for water to provide to guest I'm informing because they are fraud . I face the problem other should not face harsha is the managing director who will not take any responsibility if complain any problem he will simply say that it's a small issue. Netraj was the person who I paid for my function after payment he had not answer my call and not even attend the function please don't come in their words they not even provide light in washrooms and air conditioner will work only in hall . Not in dining hall . They will not provide even room service

Place is spacious Food is normal Water isn't good Staff isn't cooperative Manager is friendly Breakfast is included in the room charges Room is clean enabled with the a/c and television facilities.

Hotel is good but the problem is with the maintenance only. But it is having a great connectivity with transportation facilities and it is very near to world famous biryani paradise you can go there on foot and near to secundrabad railway station also. And one more thing is no restaurant facility available..

Let's start with the first, I booked oyo welcome grand 30116 which was supposed to be in Ameerpet but it was not there. After 1 hour or wasted effort to find the hotel and multiple round of calls to Oyo I finally got to contact the Hotel and I was give an apology since the hotel is somewhere else altogether. Room given to me had no AC working, called 4 times at reception and 2 calls to manager to get their attention, who eventually changed my room. The new room was better, spacious, AC worked fine with other things. Now while I was working I have multiple people walk into my. Room with their access key, when I raised this concern with reception they coolly told me that on 2nd floor any key can open any room and I shouldn't worry about my belongings as they have CCTV. Location wise this hotel is neatly placed, but there is no branding on the name "Welcome Grand" anywhere, so best of luck with finding it. Breakfast was plain and nothing good to talk about. Staff speaks, Hindi, English, Bengali and Telugu.

First of all hotel is entirely different than in pictures so please don't get bluffed by seeing those pictures , cost is not at all worthy, central AC was not at all working, there was no bucket and mug in bathroom...
