The worst place I have stayed so far. The photos in Google seems to be posted when the hotel was opened, now it's in the worst shape. Definitely not for family, no hygienic at all, we were afraid that we would get infected.
This hotel is at the Swargate chowk next to the signal. As far as hotel accommodation is concerned then I can say that if you are alone then you can stay there but if you are with your family then this place is not at all good. This hotel is basically for bachelors or couples to spend night. Rooms are nice but not very good. Food at the hotel is expensive consider the hotel facilities but can be manageable if you are there for a day or two. Else you have to order food online because you hardly find restuarant near this hotel to have lunch or dinner.Hotel staff were nice to me. .... So according to me it's 2 star ratings and that is just because of the polite behaviour of the hotel staff..... Hope this help...Happy reading...
The worst hotel I have ever been to. They did not give me the basic toiletries like soap shampoo, forget the towels. They did not bother to even move my luggage. Very rude and arrogant behaviour. The hotel room is too small and the blankets dirty. Overall a very bad experience. It may be walkable distance from swargate bus stand, but I would suggest to look for an alternative..!!
Very dirty and small rooms,No handwash and body wash available.You will only get 1towel and a 5 rupees medimix soap also the person on the reception took 10 for Xerox of my ID proof.
Do not visit this hotel unhygienic rooms provided. Hotel is overcharging customers compare to services provided. AC was not working properly. Room service not provided. Bedding not proper also room and closet was not cleaned.
The Rooms were quite spacious despite their low prices, ambience was great and the staf was very polite and friendly, didn't encounter any problems and services were quick and hassle free it's a great choice of hotel for the ones who wants to travel on a budget but Don't wanna lose any luxury Best choice to stay with your significant other 10/10 would recommend
Polite & helpful staff, the restaurant below the hotel provides good food. Location is walking distance (5mins) from Swargate bus stand, which is pretty good. Room was clean.
Property is new but the staff is very new and are not experienced and trained. They should be well aware of the Oyo standards and Brand. Was disappointed by the rude behaviour of the staff. Hope the see the improvement next time.
