This is the most horrendous experience of hotel stays ever . Never go to this hotel , the bedsheets are dirty and even after telling them to change they do not listen and. The ac and tv were not working . The cupboard had a hole in it and we could see the second floor of hotel through it( our room was on third floor).
Not at all up to the mark. Very dirty & filthy. This is advicable please don't promote this hotel by Booking. Com, Oyo or Agoda, Goibibo etc. Very bad experience.
One of the worst experience in this hotel Unsanitized room No proper behaviour with women's. men's at counter have drunk. Not at all any cooperation with customer. Friend I suggest u to if you visit haridwar never stay in baserra.

This is worst hotel for anyone to stay. There washrooms smells like a garbage. Worst hotel staff I ever met.. I booked a room there and I have to leave that room on same day because of smelling and dirty bed sheet and blanket cover. Bed sheet were having the marks of Sperm, vegetables and bed sheet were turned yellow. When I requested them to change the bed sheet then the staff refused to change it and started arguing with and they asked me to leave hotel. There was a Over actor named Vikas at reception who abused me and told me he will slap me if I will not leave and he said leave from here immediately because this hotel doesn't belong to the father of Ritesh Aggarwal( Founder of OYO). Uneducated and mannerless staff.
We got to know about this hotel through a dealer who told us that the room's price is 3000 for 3 people but when we asked about the actual rent from other guests it was not even 1000. Moreover, when we confronted the owner regarding this issue he simply said that he won't decrease the price because we took the room by contacting with dealer so basically it's not his fault. Rooms were also not upto the mark, there were flies in the room, bathroom had really bad odour.
They will not give you the room and they will ask you for extra money. They are frauds and cheapsters dont trust them just because they live in god land.
It's the worst hotel ever I have seen also when we booked they told that it's a room Bt when we ask them to on it they said ac is not working also they charged us for ac too when we told them that it's a non ac room they denied to give it back
