I recently visited there Worst experience ever in this property The Room service is not provided by the owner Even the staff is so Rudy behaviour specially Mr Rajesh & Monu. They submitted Aadhar card and refuse until checked out They don't allow outside food and drink even they don't have canteen facility Bathroom is not cleaning properly Pillow is smelling even blankets Highly not recommend

Rude staff Rocky hard pillow Dusty rooms No room service not even tea available. Also the receptionist asked not to order from outside, not to eat in the room, not to wear slippers to the bathroom. And the bathroom does not have a wet and dry area seperate. They kept our aadhar card and refuse to let us check out early as we were not comfortable staying there.
Room was ok. Service was poor. Straight forwardly denied for drinking water as they don't provide this. But they will ask how the room got dirty and their precious towels. They will ignore the fact that there was no geyser in the rooms, no foot mats to clean feets off. No privacy as you can clearly hear what somebody is talking in the next room as their toilets are having a small vent which joined both the room through their washrooms. So people in both the rooms can hear what is happening in the adjoining washroom as if somebody is brushing their teeth, washing clothes or taking bath or using Instagram while getting fresh, also you can hear their talks clearly from washroom like what they are planning for the day which is really so NOT OK.
The hotel is very nice for common people, hot water is available 24 hours, only extra workers are needed for service. The rooms have fridge, led tv, ac and the rates are very low. Check-in 10.1.23

Behavior of Staff and owner of hotel is very rude and they don't provide basic things like water to you no matter how many days you stay , room service was not good We have to clean rooms by ourselves only. Power cut happened continuously in 3 days , no remote available for AC By mistake water fell from our hand in floor the cleaning staff starts abusing us very badly and continuously and they behave very cheap and bad at time of check-out because of 20 mins delay. Worst experience ever.
