Worst location. Wifi is not available on the 4th floor. Very bad service by hotel staff.
Location is not good it's near transport area and beside wines shop. And all the rickshaw wala have the commission with this hotel since no one turn up to their hotel. I suggest not to choose this hotel. Not at all.
The room was spacious, but was not so clean but manageable. The bathrooms was also not clean. The location was okay and it had outside parking. One good thing was that we got the room late night when we reached Bikaner.

The manager is good but only talks. Can't rely on his words. There is a problem with the room's electrical system , as soon I switched on the AC ,it was about to get short. Dirty quilts . Good AC. Small room . No use of TV as the hotel hasn't subscribed for an chanel.
There is no buffet system. What I think and what I got. The room is not so luxurious.. Perhaps, the service is excellent and cooperative staff also the charging point is far away from bed. This also be negative that I say. The location is around 2km from station its not walking distance as mention. The food is delicious here.
The service and behaviour of the staff was exceptional. They were helpful and considerate. The attached restaurant was awesome and going by the food standards of the eateries nearby, it was the best. Try it if you want to get taste of traditional Rajasthani spices.
A prime place for stay. The service staff and reception is very helpful and friendly. Food facilities is also available in the hotel. I was giving 4 star because of washroom maintenance. They promised to get it done as early as possible. All the best
