Cleanliness was an issue and power backup was terribly bad . Also adding to it , the Oyo didn't allow outside food which is very un accommodative . We as guests can order it bring food from anywhere we want to .
Don't go here if u paid online. Online payment not accepted. We had booked this hotel but have to cancel our booking as we made the payment online and made a new booking in a different place. The manager directly denied us check in saying we don't accept online payments.
Behaviour of the receptionist is pathetic....I had an issues related to booking (27th of September 2018), I, being a mother with kids suffered horribly at night with my kids ..i had paid extra for an extra person (for my kids) ...and these people did not co-operate with me in any manner, even after showing them the reservations.... unprofessional bunch of workers in this hotel...but thanks to make my trip for addressing my issues...satisfactorily...
All kinds of facilities available here. The rooms are very clean. The hotel staff is very cooperative and have a very good helping nature. The rooms are exactly like I saw in the pictures.
