OYO 15221 Elegant 2BHK Near NT Mahal - Hotel in Puducherry - Pondicherry, India

The worst experience with OYO. It was horrible place to stay. Rooms were so dirty and stinky, i can't explain. We booked it for 2 days, could not stay for even 30 minutes. No option to get refund or cancellation. No support at that level too. Request you too book some other place if you really want to enjoy your stay.

Worst experience and place to live in. No amenities, no security, no water, not clean, rude staff sorry the staff that is only available on call not on property. Do check the pics in from visit section to see the real one and how dirty these rooms are. Even after contacting oyo Captain his response was the security has gone for party and will be back by 2AM. when we have raised complained about it he came banging our door at mid night and was shouting that why did you raised a complaint. So will never recommended this place neither for bachelor or couples too.

Stayed here during the month end of August and the experience was horrible. The place lies somewhere in middle of a street and there's no board or indication put up which makes it is difficult to locate the property. There is no receptionist/attendant available to receive the guests instead a contact number in the name of the Captain was put up at the front corridor inside the entrance gate. On being called at the number an attendant was sent half n hour later who then gave us the ground floor room. The room welcomed us with a stink from the sewage gutter that runs right behind the kitchen area. The room was shabby and dirty and looked as if it has not been even dusted for months. The windows were dusty and covered with cob-webs, the towels were old, flush and shower wasn't working in one bathroom whereas in the other there was no water. All what the kitchen had was 2-3 plates/glasses even which contained stains of the food and drinks that were served in them last time.. I immediately called up the attendant who then asked me not to bother all of it since I am there only to sleep. On being asked about the television he told us it's not in working condition. The only two things found right in the room were; 1. A working A/C 2. A working fridge. On a whole the room was in a pathetic state and nowhere matched with the reviews/pictures or with the standards of OYO. Of all the stays I've ever had at Pondicherry this one was beyond comments. P.S.- Please don't forget to carry a mosquito repellent along if you still wish to stay at this property.

It completely looks like like a 2bhk house which gives you a very homely experience. They even give you induction and vessel to cook your own food. Right next to this place there is a small north India hotel which offers food for very cheap price. The quality of the food is also too good.

1. There is no reception.We had to wait for half an hour and after placing multiple calls to oyo, the property manager arrived. 2. The rooms smelt awful & no amount of room freshener worked. 3. The ac was not working at first. 4. In one of our bathrooms,the flush was not working.

I booked for one night and i paid half of the amount already. When I reached .there was no human being. I called the customer service but They put me the call on hold. I was waiting there for long time , I was already exhausted when I get there but this oyo home services make me the worse day ever in my life. I leaved the place and lost my money because there was no human being to this home to help us. Just standing outside the abandoned building is fool. just cheat.

It home like stay. It was 2 bhk apartment. That is really nice. Rooms were good. Suggestion-Improvement can be made in washrooms by owner. But overall was good stay

This is a homestay not oyo room. You'll get 2bhk for stay. Experience was not good and the rating in oyo for this place is not genuine. 1. The place bit inside from main road. 2. The bedsheets/covers were stained and needed replacement. 3. The caretaker is not available here. You need to call him for anything. 4. No water provided. Aquagaurd water was giving foul smell. 5. The room is old and the bathroom is not comfortable to use. They should replace the taps and shower. 6. On the day of checkout, caretaker came and asked to see oyo app in my mobile and rated for 5 start himself. After that i had to call oyo customer care for changing the review. Overall I think people fall in trap for this place because of rating, which is misleading.
