Stayed here for 1 night and 1 day. Horrible experience. Bathrooms were worst (worser than busstand bathrooms). Beds were old , soiled ,smelly. No proper power sockets. Noisy fans,TV was there without setup box.Better avoid it.

We were here for a stay for my friends wedding We were in 5th floor and like it was for two rooms within one big family room So we girls of 3+3 were staying in two private rooms within one room and it had a dining table common for the two room member and there was a balcony with a cool view. Everything was fine But maintenance is what was a major problem Maintenance for such a lovely room was too low they asked us to keep to main door open and just close the inner doors alone and water was a little problem zone here Otherwise everything was comfortable

* No AC * No Toilet Flush * No Heater * No proper response from the staff. Very irresponsible * You have to cancel a room 15 days in advance if you need refund. BEWARE!! * Lobby and pathway ll be full of smoke smell if you book on weekends * Breakfast is from nearest hotels and no complimentary or so. * Tea coffee for two people from nearest hotel is 70 rupees, but Auto charges for same is 50 rupees. Swiggy delivery charges are cheaper * They give two single beds which are set apart for couples * Even the staff there told they are going to shift to some other place to work...so think of yourself there.

Stayed here for a night. We've booked a 2BHK room. Each room was separately air conditioned with individual split AC's. Both rooms had attached bathrooms. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Both rooms had two cots and a LCD TV. A small kitchen like room was sandwiched between the two rooms. The hall is furnished with a sofa, chairs and a coffee table. Overall it's worth for money. Had a peaceful sleep.

We friends (all local Chennai'tes) met here for a discussion and drink over a weekend. We preferred this place to avoid the noise in any common meeting point like bar/pub. Nice neatly maintained rooms, clean bathrooms. RO water is available in the kitchen. Location is easily accessible, parking was not a problem (though no proper indicators for parking, we just parked in an open slot, no one asked). Good place to stay if you want to stay somewhere around Tambaram. Don't be irked by the amount of "couples" walking in and walking out, hands in tow, though!

Just another service apartment with very basic facilities. This is a large apartment block with probably about 10 to 12 apartments being used as service apartments. We stayed here as a couple, having gone to attend a wedding right opposite Daniels Silver Oak. The 2 stars are because of the convenience of having the wedding venue across the road. The room was air-conditioned, which worked well. It was small and lacked any cupboards to keep clothes or even a place to keep your suitcase. Pillows were flat and sad and they did not have extra pillows to give, saying they normally give only one pillow per person, they were running full so they can't take from any empty rooms. WiFi was non existent despite having a router in the apartment itself. They had a normal TV with cable for entertainment and a 20 lt water can in the kitchen for taking drinking water. Very basic, we didn't mind as we stayed for 1 night only, but I would not recommend it to anyone else.

The worst. If asked to say in word this is the worst. Very unprofessional and very very nonsensical staff. We cannot even imagine that a hotel will be this bad. Oyo should take steps to remove this from their brand otherwise their brand image will be destroyed. Rooms are not at all maintained , water taps broken, bathroom fittings damaged, bed and linen are not properly maintained. No toiletries offered. No room service. And the worst thing is fourth rate rogues offered room and they destroy the ambience. Uncontrolled drinking and uncivilised behaviour. Certainly not for staying with family. A very very very bad place for stay. Avoid staying here.

Cons To start with, the lifts don't work on an 8 floor apartment. Then, the fans don't run properly, the toilet is a mess with flushes not working, and water supply not there at times. The free WiFi is just free, not useful; your mobile data will do a better job. Pros Apartment is spacious and in a good locality, so accessibility is good.
