Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel it is important to bring these issues to your attention. Firstly, upon arriving at the hotel, I found the check-in process to be incredibly slow and inefficient. The staff seemed disorganized and unprepared to handle the number of guests checking in at the same time. Once I finally got to my room, I was immediately disappointed by the cleanliness of the space. The room was dusty, and the bathroom had a stale odor that was unpleasant. Additionally, the furnishings in the room were outdated and in need of repair.

Worst booking experience ever.I don't recommend you to book this hotel. When I went for check-in they asked to pay extra 500 rupees and then only they can provide a room. I was totally harrassed and got no help from the hotel to find other hotels. The manager was not Frank at all talking rudely to customers. Don't recommend you to board this hotel.

For time I downloaded OYO app n my booking experience is certainly not rosy... it's worst n for all. "It's full sir n we haven't received any booking from OYO" my guest suffered unprecedented that night. Thanks to OYO I lost 1 day booking fee also...

Horrible and Terrific Experience 1st time with OYO Kapoor Plaza! We have booked the hotel for 4 days, however had to cancel for 3 days due to poor quality, break wall, no lock in the door, broke table, pathetic washroom and bad behaviour of staff! All together it was Ghost house not guest house. We were like helpless, some how able to manage for 1 night! Never ever book this hotel people. Oyo should terminate this property. Making fool of guest.

Booked this hotel on OYO for the location but it was a mistake. The rooms are really dirty and damp due to seepage through walls. The mattress and lines were dirty. The bathroom pineline was blocked. An absolute nightmare. Don't go with the rating on OYO its misleading...

Amenities are not quite good. Frequent power cuts during summer.Even plates are not available on demand.. Lack of adequate manpower.... Rooms good but not worth the money if they are charging u 1400/night.. If u get a deal within 800 u might think of it....

The rooms are quite spacious and the location is right on the main 3-lane road. The service however can be improved. They provided us soap bars upon request. One time they had given one extra which they came back to claim the same night.
