OYO 13230 ARK Residency - Hotel in Chennai - Chennai, India

Hotel staff was rude. Asked to check out by 10am. 1hr before the scheduled checkout time as they have bulk bookings. Bed cushion is completely gone. It was v-shaped. Dirty towels and torn bedsheets. Highly not recommended.

The rooms were ok , fairly neat and clean. There was no light at the dressing area. The bathrooms are not clean at all, the bathroom mirror is damaged and has to be replaced , the taps were dirty and worn, on the whole the rooms especially the bathrooms have to be redone needs to improve a lot.

Booked last minute as other options were unavailable and I don't regret it. Easy to notice as its located on a main road. Front facing rooms can be quite noisy till about 11pm. The rooms are clean and the staff members are polite and helpful. It's not a Hyatt and you can't expect more in 1500/- a night.

Never book this hotel worst hotel till today I booked. No even single water bottle complementary. U have to pay for drinking water. Breakfast was worst just they will give u 4 Idli, or some puri. Only one item in breakfast of worst quality. My humble request don't book this hotel. There breakfast time is 9 am so u couldn't leave the hotel prior to that, else u have to pay from u r picket

Actually even this is more for these guys.... I had to change my hotel for their fault. Firstly I had informed that I'll be checking in early, inspite of that they give all rooms for other for extra money. If ur going for the 1 st time & u don't know the language, plz don't book by just seeing the pics especially in Chennai.

12pm to 11am was a strict check-in/out time! Paid (Actually demanded) 500/- for just 4 hours early check-in :( Even if early check-in please do ask if the room is available or not before travel... or else you will have to wait at the lobby till the room gets vacant! check-out grace period is just 30mins, so plan according to that! The rooms are clean and neat as what it is in oyo site. I don't know why the A/c control is at reception! You won't be given any remote control and if you want to on/off the A/c, you have to call the reception for it!!! The bathroom were clean. This hotel is at very prominent location. Very close to Tiruvanmiyur Bustand. Walkable distance to Subway dine. The restaurant below the hotel is too costly and the food's are average! Staffs are co-operative and kind! Anyway it was a good stay to me... Instead religions... preach Humanity to kids :)

The bed sheets and blanket covers were very dirty. The room itself was not cleaned. There was only chair and when I tried to sit on it, I almost fell down. It was a broken chair. Maintenance is very poor. Bad experience.

The worst hotel service I have ever seen. Hotel looks nice and good. But the stuffs are completely irresponsible. They didn't even provide us water even we called them and asked for it. Shame on you. This is not the OYO I expected.
