Okay Here are the issues I faced, Hope you can do better next time and thanks for the instant response. The celing fans in the room was way too noisy and the beds were uneven so bed would give noise. Next is the windows, they were not fitted properly and we could'nt lock it from the inside. And Please if you could make the front door with walls and not with plastic door it would be a little bit comfortable at night for safety concerns. Also the manager could answer the phone so that we could intimate him better about the arrival time. The place felt a little unsecure. Hopefully you would adress the concern. The rooms on the other hand was neat and one small issue in it that I faced was the linens on the bed in one room was not clean enough. Anyhow the I would say I've had better stays but the staffs here were friendly so hope they would do better next time. Thanks.
Good and spacious rooms.You will get small fridge,basic facilities to cook and some crockery where available in kitchen.Only problem I faced during stay was TV.Tv is available in both rooms but not much channels are available.Please call and tell your check-in time, because no reception available, only apparent.
TV wasn't working in one of the rooms. Friendly staff. You'll be provided with an induction stove & a few basic crockery if you want to cook by yourselves.
Excellent stay via oyo but if you want to check out late they allow you to do so,but they switch off the electricity , linen and bathroom needs to be cleaned.
The location is not clear and there is no board of Oyo and we found very difficult to find the hotel but the ambience is good and the rooms are spacious
2bhk flats, decently furnished. You won't get room service except for room cleaning in the morning. A decent overall experience.
Stop making fake adds of hotels and put in your app OYO.. Grow up.. Make something worth provide real information.. Don't mislead tourists..
When we arrived while check in we are made to wait for more than an hour for cleaning and it wasn't cleaned either .there is no attendent to look for any issues .The beds are worst n a tv in a room doesn't work .overall it looks good when you see for first time but it's not that great when you stay untidy n dirty .One more thing is that it doesn't have the OYO board it's one a terrace of a building in a busy street n no parking space .No wifi.The only plus is it's close to all the places in Pondicherry
