Our experience with OYO booking was extremely bad. We booked an accommodation online and received confirmation. Later of the day received a txt message saying booking cancelled due to unable to contact. In a few minutes later, called the customer service and confirmed the booking and got a surprise when we reach the hotel at midnight. Staff at reception did not understand the problem of the online booking issue and all he says the booking is cancelled. At least he offered a room at double the cost at the midnight where we dont have the choice with children and luggage. I'd not recommend OYO and AVNB hotel accommodation with my personal experience. My kind suggestion for them they should know what is the customer service. Good luck if you book an accommodation through OYO.
Might look bit weird, but I'm sharing my experience with this place is worst. Because of some error from the Oyo's end, the owner denied check in to me and spoke in unparliamentary languages at 11:30PM as we just arrived and Oyo customer services just say sorry. Nothing convincing came out from them. Spoke to the customer services for 1 hour after which he agreed to let me in. Worst ever experience with this hotel. There is a better place next to this hotel(not by Oyo). Use this hotel. This host doesn't care at all. Can't imagine a old person using such bad language and abusing. ************************************************************** Since there isn't any reply option after the comment was made by the hotel manager, I'm writing again in this. Because I was angry with the service, I made complaints to the OYO Support and made the Area General Manager and Area Business Manager to visit the property within the next 24hrs, I demanded the full refund for my booking for that day and I got it refunded by them in 4 days! This hotel doesn't deserve to be visited again for the kind of treatment provided by the staffs in the night shift.
Please skip this hotel. 1. Booking a room via OYO? Please Don'T. I made online payment 879/- on 15th of Jan (Advance booking). Booking confirmed via OYO but upon reaching this hotel on 10th of feb, hotel staff informed me that they are not accepting oyo payments. No other option - paid normal fare 1600/-. OYO didnt help at all! 2. Zero service - they didnt provide water, no soaps nothing. Gave me just the room keys. 3. Maintenance - lot of mosquitoes, due to Zero Maintenance. Bed sheets are not cleaned. Lot of dust here. 4. AC - Working fine. 5. Washrooms - Good. 6. Wifi - They didnt give me the passkey.
Not worth the money - do not go by the photographs. Has a small lobby right on the road. Rooms are ok. Room service is poor. Do not serve bed tea or provide for self preparation. No restaurant so no complementary b'fast. Highly priced for only a double bed provided. Wash room not clean.
Doesn't worth even a single star. AC stopped working in the middle of the night and nobody was there to fix it. Rooms / toilets were not clean. Staff doesn't respond and they are not proactive. This hotel dates back to 1990s style. Don't trust the pictures posted on the online booking sites. There are extremely nice hotels just opposite to this for the same price.
I have booked a room in last month for an examination near by there. So i got one of the best hotel in affordable price. It was nice experience in the hotel and service. Unfortunately i can't enjoy their Breakfast due to early morning check out. But over all experience was nice.
I would rate this hotel as 5 start not because its a 5 star facility hotel, but its one of the best in class budget business class hotel, rooms are good clean spacious, ac is fine. location is awesome very near to airport... staff is cooperative as well.. parking can be a problem... everything else is fine... loved it
Worst cleanliness and lots of pests in the room. Restrooms are not clean. Bed sheets are not cleaned often. Old beds with very big dent in the middle with no proper support structure makes sleeping very difficult.One of the worst experience in OYO rooms.
