Plus point is Availability of Gym in the area which is far from city so that the people of the remote area take benefits.
Rating it 3 star since it meets the basic criteria of a decent and basic gym in Tilhari area.
Can improve on following parameters:-
1. Hygiene - Members directly enter gym wearing outside shoes.Gym floor and washroom can be much better in terms of cleanliness.
2. Utilisation of floor space - Much more useful equipment like machines for back and calves can be put in gym if floor space is effectively utilized.Currently machines are put here and there.Cardio section needs to be entirely on ground floor.Tyre flip can be done on ground floor. Currently no space to do tyre flip although tyre there.
3. Trainers - Need to hire more knowledgeable trainers
Located at mandla jabalpur road in Tilahri , this is best gym on this location or even nearby. Cardio section is good but could be improved. Free weight section is better and two different floors make it much better. If you are looking for aerobics or yoga classes these are not available here but may soon start. Trainer and staff are very supportive. Over all a 4 star rating for this gym.
