Very bad expression.The hairstyle they gave me couldn't last even 2 hours and they charged 800 for it. Also, they are not professional at all. They don't know how to behave and talk with the customer. If the client's hair is rough, then as a hair styler you would not say to the client "tuhade baal kinne gnde aw " A friend of mine recommended it to me, but I am very disappointed.

The service here is miserable..... they would suggest you to take services which you don't even want to take..... i visited for face wax and threading... the receptionist suggested for facial too. ... after doing facial ... they made me wait for half an hour ... the reason being staff shortage .... after waiting so long.... one of the staff started doing face wax ... the quality of wax was pathetic.... doing 2 - 3 rounds on both the cheeks ... she said waxing cannot be done as facial is already done .... and the facial would lead to rashes and skin burns..... and was telling me that i should not have taken facial first.... so i am the one to decide what to be done first and what not..... they are professionals..... they should know better.... moreover if this was the case.... she should not have started in first place..... the waxing on half of the face is really unacceptable....... the worst experience ever.... i won't visit the place again and would everyone not to visit such unprofessional people.....

I was been there for my hair colour. I don't find their services good at all or deserve as much amount I paid for. You May get better services even in small saloon rather than these so called fancy named saloons!

Staff is not professional. They were not maintaining any privacy during the services. I had a very bad waxing experience in this saloon today. Lack of hygiene was there, bed sheets & towels were very dirty.Service Room was not clean. After doing wax, that lady made the room floor complete mess.They were using only one wax heater for two clients and one lady was checking after every 5 mins if the wax heater is available. If you are charging so much then please provide basic facilities to your staff. They were not even able to complete the service within time they mentioned before starting of the required service. Requesting you to please train your staff properly it's big saloon not a small shop.Staff should know that anyone who's coming to get any service , they are paying for the services. If the service charges are high, expectations of the client will also be high.

Couldn't have had better time getting ready with anil and his team. For my bridal makeup , i asked for natural look , and guess what it was just flawless matching skin tone , perfect eyes makeup. They were all so personable and talented. Last not least , it was budget friendly . Highly recommend for bridal looks. .

Never give negative review on any service buy they disappointed me alot so first time comenting negative osam salon mukerian has very poor servise.I make a advance boooking when i went for my makeup the makeup girl book for me have confused and start makeup a client just coming 5mins before me without booking when i told her I have booking she cleared everything after that she told me for wait instead a client without booking.After waiting for half an hour another makeup boy came he started makeup very poor makeup never forgot this experience its horrible all my foundation coming out on my hand when i touched my face my lipstick be messy before i attend function they did my hairstyle its not suited to me but they not changed all my friends and relatives asks me where from i get ready they make me a joke.Never ever i visit to this place and never recommend to other.They have no care for customer only making money.

Worst salon ever..they spoiled my engagement look..please never go to this parlour..they don't have any good makeup artist..They only know how to take money from costomers but give you a disaster look on your special day
