Horrible experience, I had a stay in this hotel few days back as I have to go to New disha for my father's eye operation. Dirty room, dirty washroom, dirty bed sheet and pillow cover. Bed was full of dust particle and dirty. When I asked the room service boy to change the bedsheet, he took one hour to change it and his behaviour was very rude - he was saying what is the problem in this bed sheet and all our bed sheets are like this only. And Also I have to wait approx one and half hour to get Mineral water. They do not provide any service, you not get a cup of tea also in the morning.or if you ask to get something like a pack of biskit or cake or anything, they will say directly - It is not possible for them to get it for you......... I cant imagine this type of serve Please donot stay at thia hotel, or you will face severe problem....

Damp, stuffy rooms with dirty linen. Poor service and bad behaviour of manager. Extremely avoidable if you are looking for a family / couple-friendly place. They also insist on carrying marriage certificate if you want a room

I stayed here for one night. THIS PLACE IS CASH ONLY. The people were polite and helpful. One bad thing about the place is it seemed to be expensive as per the price I paid for one night. The toilets we're not that clean. The room don't had a night lamp. The room service phone number wasn't working.

It's one of the worst hotels I have been to. The toilet is not that clean, the baskets and mugs they provide, are not that clean, the tap is not working properly constantly leaking water and the water from basin keeps pouring into the bathroom again, the comod doesn't have a bum shower and with that they provide a mug which again is not that clean. The night I stayed in the hotel it was heavily raining and the windows were completely shut and yet the rain water had come into the room through leakage of the windows and half of the room was flooded with water. The bathroom has a big open window kind of thing for exhaust fan which is not installed so when it was raining heavy water flow was coming through that open space and also the window which was just above the comod also was not shutting down so water was coming from that too, so overall it was a mess. If you go to bathroom in the rain you'll be drenched in water. Most importantly there was a mouse in the room and when my mom told them about that they just joked about it. I even asked for a glass of hot water because I had to take medicine and it was around 10 pm they said that the kitchen is shut so they can't provide and the receptionist who told me that was not at all nice. What kind of a hotel is this if can't provide a glass of hot water? The intercom they have in the hotel room also doesn't work. I was in barrackpore with my family and it's sad that there's not enough hotels in barrackpore and they are charging so much money providing this kind of service. It's a shame that they claim themselves the best hotel there and constantly criticising the other hotel and lodges and what they provide is nothing for that money.

This is a restaurant come hotel. The service here is very slow. In fact the place has a very gloomy vibe. Initially it's good quality was nice, but that is degrading day by day. The experience was a very normal, thought it be little nice. Although the foods were still quite good in taste. Quantity of food was quite sufficient for a person. They need to renovate their interior & need to upgrade there accomodation arrangement.

The hotel is okayish. The construction is very old and the position of electrical plugs is pathetic. The rooms are very small. The toilet was clean but when you open your window, the smell is very bad. The service is 2 star. The construction is 2 star. This not basically a hotel, its kinda an old lounge. Food is available here. But i am giving 3 star only because no other nearby options are available.

When this restaurant started..... we visited that time and it was so bright, so colorful, neat and clean and food quality was excellent. But after so many years we visited this month i must say the place became opposite of what we saw earlier.... It was gloomy and dark, smelling like algae and wet, what we were ordering anything from the menu, there was nothing available..... the experience was horrible.....

Very poor service and there is no extra lock inside the door. If any hotel staff want that he entered into the room easily he can do it because extra key is with them. And a very bad experience is happen with my parents last 7th November In mid night any one rang the door bell 4times but no one cant answered.May be some one want to entered and stole.
