Excellent place to have fun. Rooms are good. The swimming pool is clean and big. A very big property for having anything. The food taste is excellent. Staff behavior and response is good. I enjoyed it a lot and stayed there for 3 nights. I simply say worth for money.
A lovely property, with good rooms. Food was good and the staff was courteous. However the first room that I was allotted was not clean and I had to fight to get it changed.
I had booked 4 rooms for me and my family. The hotel staff especially the restaurant staff is not at all courteous. We had a bad experience of encountering hair in our food. The staff over there refused to acknowledge the fact that we had a hair in our food and blamed us that we had almost finished our food and doing it for freebie. At breakfast we picked some leftover cakes for our kids, they asked us to prove that we had kids. Such horrific experience is the first of the kind I am encountering having visited many places.
This hotel in Orchaa is a good one . They are located at good place and somehow it is maintained as well . But the staff here is not good . The person who sits on front desk - Rohit Prajapati , I asked him that we will checkout little late. But he directly refused to do so . I agree there are certain things and rules that they have to manage ,but this was managable as there were only very few guests who were there . The hotel was almost vacant . Their checkin time is 2pm ,my whole family checked in around 8pm . But i never said anything on that . Just request a 1/1.5hr delayed chek out and he abruptly said NO . This is not done . Big and big hotel chains never do like this . May be they and their management needs to visit in some metro city and see how good hotel staff treats someone . This is so ridiculous that they cannot provide an 1.5hr of extension . Every single hotel has that provision. I don't find this as good one . So this is for sure i will not go to this hotel again and never recommend too .
Property is fine but the staff are rude and irritating. All are working at their own pace and wish and least interested to serve the Indians. All attentions to the foreigners as if only they are paying for it. Bathroom exhaust system is very bad and always stinking. Its design issue and must be problem for all the bathrooms.
Booked it for my guests - My stay at The Orchha Palace and Convention Centre was an unforgettable experience. The hotel's regal ambiance, impeccable service, and modern comforts exceeded all expectations. From the grand lobby to the luxurious rooms, every detail exuded elegance and sophistication. The culinary offerings were a gastronomic delight, catering to diverse tastes. The hotel's convention center and meeting facilities were top-notch, ensuring seamless events. The attentive staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The Orchha Palace is truly a regal retreat that captures the essence of Orchha's rich heritage.
I stayed here for one night, and I can very much say that it is one of the worst places I have ever spent. The whole atmosphere and decor is horrible, and it is extremely noisy and uncomfortable. When I arrived, the employee at reception was really impolite and nasty. He informed us that your reservation was not made with us. When I told him repeatedly and showed him my reservation voucher, he told me to wait. I waited for merely 45 minutes, but no one came. Again, I inquired, and he told me to wait. No one bothered for a long, so I called my agent to check, and after he called, someone came and told us that the booking was confirmed and that we would allot the room soon. He asked if he would like to have tea, coffee, or a cold drink. Before that, staff members were walking about with beverages, but they did not care to give them to. On the other hand, one staff member gave me coffee, but another staff member said "no don't give him as he is not our guest. What an attitude. After waiting for more than two hours, I was finally assigned a room. The room was large but excessively gloomy, and the bathroom had a foul aroma as well. The air conditioning did not function, and the telephone instrument did not have a connection. I had to walk all the way to the complaint desk since the telephone instrument did not have a connection. After waiting for a while, they fixed the air conditioner and cleaned the bathroom. I went there for dinner in the evening, and the staff was incredibly impolite and unprofessional, acting as if I had come for free food and speaking about prices as if they thought I could not pay them. After I completed my meal, which was terrible and very spicy, I told the waiter about it, and he said that we only provide food of this sort. At night approximately around 1.30 due to some short circuit, the electricity in my room went out. After an hour, it was restored, but I had a terrible night with interrupted sleep. At breakfast, the food was sad; I ordered dosa, but the chef did not produce it, and the waiter informed me in an impolite manner. You get up and tell the chef that it is not his responsibility I asked for coffee, and he impolitely instructed me to get up and assist myself the coffee was full of milk, and I requested for black coffee a second time, and he rudely told me to mix the coffee with hot water and have it This particular kind of service I had to leave without having coffee or a decent breakfast since I needed to check out for my next location, so I ate some of the snacks I was carrying with me and got coffee in a little cafe along the route. In addition, when I checked out, I had to remind the cashier many times to collect my luggage. Anyone who is going to Orcha should, in my opinion, steer clear of this location entirely and have no business being there. This establishment is really terrible, with staff members that are impolite and unpleasant, and service that is below average.
My stay is very pleasant I enjoyed it very much it's located on the main road easily approachable food quality is very good and amenities are up to the mark. The location was beautiful and well maintained environment. Staff, structure, location, food superb. Awesome
