This is the new showroom opened in OMR. The service is too good and the place is damn clean. Highly visible from the road. A full building constructed only for oppo showroom. All the new pieces available here. Service people are good and the display pieces covers u to buy the mobile.. Top releases are f9 pro ,f9 . Take a glance of the pics.

Oppo A3s Advantages (Pros): It has a good screen-to-body ratio for the better viewing experience. It supports Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by). It provides 2 GB of RAM for multitasking. It encompasses with Octa-core processor.

Worst worst service center ever in chennai... Not responding properly... Taking a week of time to repair the mobile. Initially saying issue will cover in warranty so no need to pay money.. After 4 days saying it will not cover in warranty so u should pay money. Such a non sense behavior. I would like to give 0 rating

Really very worst service, not responding properly. They are trying to avoid the problems,not ready to give solution for that. Those ppls are not educated and they doesn't have any knowledge on how to service the electronic items. Really very very bad experience.

Nice service, They very for evertning, like time of service, Fault of our phone, service types, Acc products for phone. Evething was good . Over all nice Experience by OPPO . They have service center in first floor, & Showroom in Ground Floor. Very polite service center.

When I checked with Customer care for Oppo Service Center in Chennai they have informed me like one is in Tambaram and another one is in Kottivakkam. I have preferred for Kotivakkam and asked for address. They have provided the below address. OPPO Service Center* *Address:* No.395 , A&B , Nehru Nagar , 1st Street , Kottivakkam,Nehru Nagar,Chennai,Tamil Nadu,600041 By using Google map I was searching for the address in ECR Road for more than 45 mins. At last I reached the address above mentioned but there was no oppo service center there. Also the number provided in the website is of no use. I tried to check the address by dialling the number but no one is picking the call. Then again from there tried reaching customer care for getting address after half an hour time they have called with the exact address which is located in OMR near Kandanchavadi.. DON'T GO TO KOTIVAKKAM ITS IN OMR NEAR KANDANCHAVADI....

One of the worst Service ever. They dosent have a spare mobile to check out the issues....and there is no proper response from issues.... total waste of time.

Oppo showroom is a model for others to open an exclusive showroom which brings the chstomer experience to the next level. It's always better to let the pubic or end user try before what they are about to buy or spend their hard earned money. It's beautiful, it's big and it's clear and attractive to have such a huge space allocated for just to show mobiles and swipe away with a new phone.
