Worst service centre. The lady who is serving in customer care doesn't even know basic manners . I have a very bitter experience on this service centre . They took time to detect the problem,but can't rectify . They will not inward and register your complaint ,I got a green flash on screen in my oppo and my phone was in service center for 4 days without proper registry entry. I got to know from my friend and oppo forums it's a bug and this service center closed it as water damage as no video evidence was shared neither shown in phone while collecting back..I am very much disappointed with the service as it's a clear cheating.I understand certain service centres and showrooms help customer in writing to oppo mgmt and fixing things,but here utter waste.. better buy from other showrooms and don't ever rely on their service centre.. If this is happening to someone who understands how electronics and software update works,think of common people who buy entry models.most get cheated in name of service...

Wanted to give 0starts for the way they treat customers.. i visit with my mother and they don't even bother to come and explain anything. Wehna sked for spec and price the sales person was not even interested to answer and dint give any information properly

I bought Reno 5 pro on December 2020 when it was launched newly, i was the first customer to buy in this Reno5 pro showroom. They had only the device, they didn't have stock of important accessories like Screen gaurd and mobile cover for their high end models. They promised me to give a blutoothe speaker as gift once they receive stock, it has been one year, still they are getting stock of my gift. I followed for few months and then lost hope. Oppo phones are good products, these showroom guys spoil the reputation of the brand by giving false commitments. If you want to Oppo phone, better buy it in multi brand showrooms. I do not recommend this Oppo showroom to buy phones. You can use this showroom to just see demo.

The showroom price is much different with the online price and they aren't aware of that. Moreover they have old stocks of mobile accessories.

i have got my pre booked mobile f9 pro.... got on time. Show room manager is very helpful to get the offers. one of the direct oppo showroom. highly recommended.....
