I have been working out in this gym for one year n half.There are enough equipments and the infrastructure.Additional classes like skipping,zumba,kick boxing and yoga are also available and very satisfactory. One of the best equipped gym i came across. The trainers are extremely helpful and friendly. They not only help you in exercises but also let you know about its pros and cons. This additive knowledge is very important for us as it helps us grow both physically and mentally.

One of the best gym in the area. Lot of good equipments (gym + Cardio) and well maintained machinery to workout with. Gym is well managed & well cleaned all the time. All the trainers are potentially energetic and very good in nature. Everyone gets proper guidance whenever they need it. One of the best thing is, whether you have taken PT or not If you are doing wrong workout, trainer immediately jumps in and correct you rather than simply seating back and enjoying the veiw. Very few trainers do that. Roshan & Vishal are the best and coolest trainers in the gym. Abhi gives good guidance to everyone.

Great gym, my first experience was very good. You get everything one could want in a gym, awesome music, and a perfect workout environment. Low cost and Lots of Equipment.

Best k11 certified trainers, they are personally guiding and explaining mistakes in workout and motivating to heavy weight lifting. All machinery's are very good in quality we got direct contraction to muscle. Thank you roshan sir given me opportunity to working out with you in ur gym .
