I had worst experience with the hospital management. Reports were not discussed with me or my husband by the nurse or doctor even we asked for 3 times except X-ray. Time of admission was delayed by the receptionist. So, discharge process was also delayed by the management. They assured us that I will be discharged after 24 hours of admission. But there's no one to prepare the discharge summary in this hospital that day. Because of their inability we are about to stay in the hospital for one more long day. And they asked us to pay the bill to leave the hospital eventhough we have FHPL CASHLESS treatment approval. They told us to pay the cash and get reimbursement. If we have that much of money, why were we waiting for the insurance approval for cashless treatment and admit in the hospital?! They don't even have canteen facility, they aren't providing food for patient but there's a column in their feedback form asking about canteen service, quality and quantity of the food. Sound's funny. Room rent is quite high without food.

I recently admitted & discharged from this hospital case of dengue fever illness, *definitely a great pleasure of having a such reception staff like His Mr.Aravind very helpful and kind hearted in reception they manage a unexp*ected situation very cleverly, in ward more and more care has provided to me , totally a very good hospital in vandalur and *definitely this hospital going to rule all the corporate hospitals in Chennai in very few days* Definitely it will happen Heartily thanks for your treatment

Was down with dengue fever a few months ago where the platelets count dipped to as low as 21000. Dr. Faheema and the team of nurses did a great job in ensuring that I recovered well after 5 days. Hospital was clean and all facilities were in place. Would strongly recommend

Very good hospital in Vandalur and urapakkam surrounding. Doctors gave good treatment. From the moment I boarded in ambulance the entire hospital staffs were very kind and provided good care and support. Thanks to gurunathan for his professional support. Special thanks to nurse keerthika, she was very kind and took utmost care. I would like to give extra star for her. I reduced 1 star for canteen service. Food taste is bad. Thankyou

I express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service I received at One Health Hospital during my recent visit for a fitness certificate (Master health checkup) with my family. To begin with, we were asked to undergo additional tests that were not included in the package we had opted for. Despite expressing our concerns and seeking clarification from the consultant, we did not receive a proper response or explanation regarding the necessity of these additional tests. Furthermore, upon receiving the test results, we found that they were incomplete and lacked essential information. Additionally, I have been facing significant challenges in obtaining a satisfactory response from the hospital's staff regarding these issues. It has been ten days since I started following up on this matter, yet there has been no resolution or even an acknowledgment of my concerns. As a patient, I believe it is crucial to receive transparent and reliable healthcare services. Unfortunately, my experience at One Health Hospital has been far from satisfactory in this regard. Prompt resolution and improved communication would not only rectify the current situation but also help restore faith in your hospital's commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Dr Koushik a cardiac surgeon so comforting,l personally was connected because of the confidence he gave to US for the surgery and it's now close to 4 weeks & progressing steadily and weeks to come willl be much stronger,tnx Dr.koushik for all the care before & after the surgery.

Let me ascertain that the Doctor we consulted from General Medicine was good, and very professional and satisfied the way she handled my concerns and the remedy given. A complete 5/5 for that. Now the reason I took the 3 stars off is because of the management policies and reception. I came to the hospital to consult in casuality for fever. Waited in the reception who just charged us straight away for a Seniir doctor consultation even when informed we came for Casuality consultation. My wife had paid the bill by then. And when inquired they informed that the policy only allows urgent cases to Casualtiy and not fever. Honestly the message would have recived well ,if it was conveyed professionally. That's just straight up looting. I'm taking the Deepam Hospital next time, even though it's bit further. Parking is very limited, for some reason they are not allowing parking inside, only outside. The list of doctors and their reviews are good , but still I ain't consulting them from this hospital for sure.
