Educated, played, stayed, had friends, make some good memories, feared about life, realised about life. All in one place. Extraordinary infrastructure, beautiful buildings, mass students, great professor I had enough while studied in this university.

In the earlier times, Chennai used to be known as Madras. It is considered as the capital of Tamil Nadu in the southern side of India. It is situated on Bay of Bengal's Coromandel coast. This city is quite famous due to its diverse and dynamic culture and tradition. It is included as one of the four metropolitan siblings of the country. It has a cultural and historical background that is both rich and vast. It thoroughly mixes up with the metropolis lifestyle perfectly. Besides, it is very famous for its South-Indian culture, museums from the British Era, monuments, temples, and so on. Chennai is considered to be one of the biggest cities throughout the south side of the country. It is termed as the capital of Tamil Nadu. The city is widely popular for its historical background. It has been established first by the Raja of Chandragiri. There were several forts and monuments built during the rulership of the British government. This province, back in the days, was referred to as the Madrasapattinam. In the same period, a movie was created that appealed a vast number of audiences across the globe. The film demonstrates the lifestyle of the Tamils and the rulership of the British. In Chennai, you can see a combination of several communities across the country. This city welcomes people with any race, caste or religion with utmost warmth and politeness. Thus, visiting Chennai can be a pleasant experience for you. Several people still prefer sarees over modern clothes in this city. Besides, one can also notice people with traditional dhotis more rather than modern-day blazers. There are numerous structures and monuments, including the government buildings, railway stations, complexes, churches, and high courts that were developed back in the British Era. Thus, the streets of Chennai still give out a feeling of the British touch in them. Marina Beach is one of the largest seashores across the globe which is located in Chennai. However, the sea is not suitable for swimming due to the presence of sharks in this area. The people living here belong to different religions and cultures that co-exist in harmony. It is also the home to several famous holy temples including the Kapaleseshwara temple, Sri Ramanaadheswarar Temple, Shri Ashtalakshmi Temple, and so on. These are some of the most elegant architectural pieces present in Chennai. Chennai is also widely known for its transportation services including the city busses, rickshaws, etc. Many trains link all the crucial parts of the towns. The Chennai metro rail project is on the last stage of completion. The city is also popularly referred to as the Gateway to the South. This is because it is well-known for its culture, rich history, beach, theatres, parks, monuments, temples, restaurants, shopping malls, and so on. The people in this city are famous for their skills in several arts, starting from the classical Bharathanatiyam to the modern-day salsa, contemporary, hip hop, etc. Chennai is also highly popular for the availability of different types of cuisines. In Chennai, you have the choice to choose from any cuisine may it be South Indian or Chinese. However, it is highly known for mouth-watering foods like Mullitgatawny Soup, Sundal, Nethili Fry, Masala Do

~After contacting them frequently by the students, we got the money at the end of 10th month. Still CAUTION DEPOSIT MONEY was not refunded to the student account... Im a 2018 passed out. Almost 8 months are over. Still they are processing our refund money - this is what they say every time when we call them. Initially we paid Rs. 5000 as caution deposit while joining but they are agreed to return only Rs. 4000. Even for giving that they are making delay. I called them almost 10 times regarding this... But they're saying different lies each time. MANAGEMENT SHOULD TAKE PROPER ACTION ON THIS ISSUE.

I did my UG, B Tech IT 2011 - 2015. Got placed in Infosys and CTS, overall had a great college life, Curriculum was good, teaching staffs during my time were good and helpful. Recently visited the campus, They have improved the infrastructure significantly, but the college still holds its old heritage and we still get the nostalgic feel when going around the campus, Great part is staffs still remember us even after 7+ years College has a reasonable dress code, and not too strict, does not treat students like school children. With the Kilambakkam bus stand near the college at walkable distance, once it is opened, it would be a great benefit to the hostel students, who routinely travel to their natives, during our time students have to travel to perungalathur, which is about 7kms away. Since the college is a muslim minority institution, it has masjids nearby and a masjid in boys hostel, for girls too prayer rooms a available in plenty, it is a great thing that they waive off one class period on friday afternoons so that students can go for their friday prayers. Though the college is muslim friendly, but it is not limited to that, other religion students are equally respected and the college administration is inclusive by all means. Various cultural events and symposiums are conducted here through out the year, Students are highly encouraged to participate. Crescent college in general has a very good reputation hope the administration, maintains this.
