Oneabove Fitness Borivali west - Gym in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

Normally I do check the reviews before joining the gym so I will try to cover all aspects which could be really helpful to make an informed decision. It has been a month since I joined but really enjoying the gym and the results are really good. Pros Gym is really good and ideal place for a workout. The gym is equipped with latest machines for weight training and cardio. It is spacious compared to other gyms. The ambience and vibe of the gym is really good. The instructors are thorough professionals. However I have only dealt with Arun Mayekar from day 1 and didn't feel the need to ask anyone else. Arun Mayekar is very good and knows what he is doing. I haven't taken any personal training yet but manage to lost 5 kgs in a month. He is not only a good instructor but goes above and beyond in terms of looking after the client. He understands when to push for that extra rep and when a person is really tired. I always got injured in the past but under his guidance I have managed to be consistent. I have never taken personal training but due to his professionalism and the results that I have got until now, I am really keen to start the training. Cons :- The price is on the higher side compared to the other gyms.However it is of great value and totally worth it if you are consistent. The changing room is small but manageable Overall I would rate this gym 9 out of 10. It could be the best decision that you could take for your health.

This easily goes down as the best gym in Borivali,Kandivali hands down. The variety of equipments that they have for ever target muscle is fascinating and so is the lighting and ambience. Get pushed to go and have an insane workout there daily

I am doing workout form last 8 years but i have not seen any gym like this The equipment are imported the trainer are professional the place is so big bcz of which i can do my workout properly also there is a YOGA & ZUMBA which is additional service all together its a nice place .... and i like working out here....

Fabulous gym..the only complaint I have is the timing..if it was open till 12 am it is a "must not miss" gym..makes it a complete package..! Other than than top notch facilities and equipment..!!

The environment of oneabove gym is superbbb......I joined before one week I feel very nice....the coach of Oneabove is also nicee....Arun mayekar sir is the amazing trainer in Oneabove....
