Recently I have purchased hp ENVY laptop in great deal, this was really great experience with u HP services, especially Mahesh sir,u did all efforts nd fantastic job,I loved the service too much.Mahesh sir is very kind nd helpful person.Thank you so much for guidance.I am totally satisfied with the laptop and services too.Keep it up guys

This HP world's store is great but their service center is totally trash. They don't troubleshoot your laptop properly. In my case my laptop was showing a blank black screen but was turning on, they told me that the display of my laptop was faulty, I took back my laptop and then troubleshooted it myself and found out that it was not booting because of a failed SSD and the display was completely fine. So don't go to this service center instead go to the official HP service center at JM Road.

Overall a Very Good Experience with Store. Staff is Very Supportive and Guide throughout the process. After sale service is very Good, Solve the issues instantly regarding Hardware and Software both.

Very hopeless service center people and request to all byers... Don't go this laptop house and service center .......very bad experience for me ....

Some staff is not co-operative. Also the way some speak and their attitude towards customer is not good. When I went to buy victus the staff showing was little rude
