Pathetic security... Around 40-50 stray dogs in the society are roaming freely and they are increasing their breed drastically and worst management who don't even listens to the residents... Every other day there are incidents of dog bites in the society... Society is full of dust pollution bcoz of day and night construction. There is lot of disturbance bcoz of noise pollution bcoz of resorts and palaces nearby. Ppl are facing issues of insomnia.

Few ugly incident have happened against women. 2. *Zero surveillance* on CCTV. Many places CCTV are not installed. Many cameras are not working 3. *Hadda Rodi, place for desposing Dead Animals is just 10 meters from Omaxe*: Dead animals are being disposed in open. It's difficult to breath. Very harmful for health of residents 4. *Construction mishaps:* Many construction mishaps have happened causing loss to cars and property of residents.

Build quality of flat is cheap, your tiles can chip off any day, drainage system is pathetic especially that of balcony and washroom...plus maintenance is too much in comparison to service provided...for 2bhk it is 3.2k-3.3k in which you are getting your floor cleaned and open parking is there apart from that no hopes from maintenance services...

Facilities team need to start responding on the queries. Place is nicely developed but car park requires more attention. Need to get in touch with "Home owner association" if it is there. If anyone is aware of any responsive person , kindly drop in a message ad i will touch base with the concern.
